I agree completely with the statement above for many reasons. One, Elkram has stepped up and has surprised a great many of people with his leadership. At first some were very hesitant. But after a while we realized his strong work ethic and powerful words and his strong will to grow and improve sparked a great many of us to do better. Ranging from either being more positive, to recruiting more. Two, Elkram has a great many of skills in the speech department. I didn't know Elk too well compared to a lot of the other Generals just due to the fact that I was a 360 Gen, and wasn't much on the One. But his speech skills are outstanding. He is very acknowledged about KSI and he shares it in a way that doesn't make you wanna snore. He is so passionate in what he believes and what is right that it really changes how you have been seeing things and makes you want to change things for the better. Three, Elkram is not afraid to tell you you messed up. If it's small, or big. He is serious and gives you many options as to making yourself or other members or officers better. He doesn't give you attitude just the full on truth. If you aren't ganna pick up your slack, there is ganna be someone who has been waiting for the oppurtunity to step up in your place. Fourth, I want to add that when he was an officer and General of Lethal he pushed and encouraged all his members to recruit and to become knowledgeable about KSI and managed to split the squad creating Cruelty DM?!?!?! When I first joined KSI it was in Lethal DM and it was a squad that was dying. I'm not saying he was the only one that helped it grow and bloom into what has been accomplished but he sure did contribute a lot! Fifth, Elkram is in a completely different time zone then many of us and I can't tell you a time where he was needed and no one could ahold of him. He makes himself open and available to all who need help or have questions and it's very inspirational. I agree 100% that Elkram deserves this award. He deserves to be recognized for the hard work and passion he has put into KSI and I could write more, about how amazing he is and how much he himself has grown as a leader here in KSI. But with that I shall close my statement but if need be will write more. Elkram is someone who inspires me and I look up to him as a leader and a friend.

But I really do believe that Elk deserves this award. He is always there and always knows what to say when needed. It can range from advice of leadership roles, answers to questions you have, or even personal life issues. He is an amazing leader who defiantly knows his stuff. He is a person that you can trust and depend on if need be. He has come a long way since I've met him. To be honest when I first met him I was like, "bruh..." haha I didn't particularly like him. But since I've gotten to know him as a friend and leader he defiantly deserves to have this award. He deserves to be recognized. He is caring, and if yiu aren't getting Poop done he isn't afraid to tell you, you messed up and need to pick up on your duties. Which is exactly what kind of leadership we need here. Sometimes yiu need a little slap on the hand to realize you haven't been doing stuff right or aren't doing enough. His leadership is very much appreciated here in DM, and I bet it will be everywhere else one day. I see him achieving more goals throughout time and can't wait to see what he'll achieve. But yes, he obviously deserves this award 99.999999%

I was recruited on July 23rd 2015 by KSI VERTIGO, who currently was re-recruited by myself a couple weeks ago and is known as MetalArmRay, into Lethal DM. I was trained by KSI SCARWOLF on July 27, 2015. I don't know the specific date but I was promoted to SSGT in December. Then to 3LT in on January 3rd. 1LT January 31st. I then transferred to Menace DM and was promoted to 4CPT. Then on June 6th I was promoted to General. That's how I want to start out how to describe to y'all why she deserves this. Throughout the time I've been in KSI, Bandit has been the most encouraging, funny, and a spectacular leader. She is just as an amazing person as she is a leader. She has helped improved DM with her strive and determination. It's also great to see that she is active with our division. In my eyes that's showing that she really does care. Now, she knows exactly when to be serious and when things can be funny and not so serious. Which is both inspiring and helpful to those who don't know. Bandit is nice but also knows when to cut this crap and get down to business in serious matters, which also makes her such a great leader and a person. She is inspirational and its completely amazing. She definitely has a positive influence on the division and with an end result, makes our division feel like family. Don't know what we'd do without her.

First off I'd like to point out Wicked's great determination for the Lethal Squad itself. Lethal has been through some ups and down the passed couple off months and Wicked has stepped up to the plate and has been very inspirational and is a great leader. He has influenced some changes that has helped up our squad but has also taken a lot of courage to do. He definitely has not lacked in the leadership department and I believe he has surprised many!! Also he is active and interacts with those in the division and squad! Which is a great aspect to have. He is an inspiration and a great leader.
