Not only have I looked up to her, I now have a friend that I can count on in, and outside of KSI activities. I have never seen someone who takes so much time out of her real life situation, positive or negative, to dedicate herself to KSI as a whole.

I myself am not in LS, but even I can see that Bearded gives his all to his division. I know for a fact he is willing to get busy and helps recruit on a regular basis. Every time we are in a party, multiple people come looking for him to seek his advice, and he is always available, and approachable. Not only is he a good friend, he's a great leader that I look up to.

The amount of knowledge she possesses as well as her commitment to our community is something everyone should aspire to. As much as she has on her plate on any given day, she's able to put that aside and focus on her duties and fulfills them to a higher standard. He has great leadership skills, and amazes me every day with the time he takes out of his life to help DM thrive as a whole. He is patient, kind, and understanding, and his confidence in his division is inspiring. His people look up to him, and for good reason. He puts a lot of his personal time into bettering his division. I only hear great things about him, and I think many people, including myself, strive for leadership skills like his. Everyone in our division knows of him, and his presence is always sought out. The best part is, is that while he does that, he is always taking that time to teach as well. The workshops he hosts are always informative, interactive, and fun. Bixby is always willing to help with any problems, and gives excellent advice to members looking to advance through the officer ranks. I think his recent promotion to Founder was well deserved! He is active, he is caring, he listens, and he is incredibly decisive. He is an excellent case of someone who leads by example. While he is quiet, he is sure of himself and his actions, and this is why Cruelty is where it's at today. There is no other squad I would rather have been placed in simply because of the environment he created. Bushy has never been scared to let his opinion be known, and many good things have come of that. His recent promotion to Co-Fo was also very well deserved! There are not many people that I've met that I think deserve some type of recognition more than him. I've never met such a caring person. I've never met someone who is so willing to spend his time helping a squad that he considers, basically family. He is active every day, and spends his time surrounded by people from Cruelty. Everyone looks up to him, and goes to him with any issues they have, which Joe handles swiftly, and he is always fair. From problem solving, to training, to workshops, to recruiting, to general knowledge of KSI, his performance as a Captain is unmatched.
