I am changing my post because it was way toooooo short. where do I start, john has been their since i can remember he has been grinding from day 1!
he puts off all his irl life to keep the squad running full speed and no sight of stoping with out john there wouldn't be the squad that we have today, he makes sure everyone his having a great day everyday, (btw does won't to sing that finna change). he make sure that everyone is coming nights and meetings etc. he has personally helped me out many times (probably why he won't sing #rip). he is one of the best people in our division hands down he makes sure everyone is recruited  and promoted right.
 
he is a fun guy to game with hands down friendliest person ever in this divison. if u have a problem he will fix it so hard like handy manny, he is a good recruiting, he loves to interact with the almost half the division on the daily because of all these things that I have listed I honesly think he deserves this.

Reason they deserve this award: he goes out of his way in irl to help use with issues in the squad he also helps other people get recruits on the daily he likes to get his stuff done and for what its worth enforcer couldn't have gotten this far without him. even when he wasn't a general he kept fighting to get stuff done that the higher ups weren't tbh so I really do think that he deservers  this award out of anybody in enforcer he takes pride in what he does and u can talk to him about any issues and he will also help u over come them issues overall he is really hard working general and I think that with hard work comes big rewards so this is the time that he gets a big reward.
