Shes kind and patient and sturn when she has to be. Shes always looking out and takes the time to explain things if needed. She makes our squad feel fun and comfortable to be apart of. Shes a great leader and I hope to be as great or greater than her. Shes always one to see greatness in someone and takes it nurtures it. This is why I think shes deserves it.
