He is a neutral person to most arguments has happen between squad members. He has helped me better myself as a person and to be a better squad member and officer. This man deserves recognition for his work. When there is problems he responds to it calmly and respectively and when needs to be more strong with his members he will. So I think this man deserves such award for his efforts.
