Admin Guy Retired 104 Posted May 23, 2013 Admin Guy Report Share Posted May 23, 2013 Section Mods for DR, make sure that when you are hiding posts in topics or just hiding topics in general, that you are posting the link to either the topic or the topic page number of a post that is hidden. It makes it a lot easier for us to find said posts and split them from the topic!!! You don't have to go through and de-spam everything all at once, you can just get rid of it wherever or whenever it comes up! That way, we make our forums all nice and clean for people to use! Trust me, you don't want your division section looking like the city dump. Been there, done that. If you have any questions about being a section mod, or even just how to use the forums in general, just send me a PM!!! This is to ensure staff know who and why an action was taken against members posting in this section and for Forum staff to correctly inform them of the disciplinary action taken against them. They were all locked to avoid any form of confusion and hidden for the same reasons. They are weekly topics, so only the active one should be visible to members and officers Topic Locked & hidden: Reasons: Long outdated. Need to be updated if to be used again. Topic Locked & hidden: Reasons: Outdated. This topic is no longer accurate as it was fo an event that happened 2 months ago. It is now locked and hidden from members and officers to avoid any possible confusion again. Topic Locked: Reasons: Locked to avoid confusion between a topic relating to workshops and the actual topic regarding workshop attendance. A post was hidden in it. A mistake that happened a few months ago. Nothing troubling, but where a person made a mistake others could too.
