KSI prophecyy 7 0 Posted October 21, 2011 Report Share Posted October 21, 2011 hey everyone after we have seen what has happend we think its something terrible but all it is is a minor setback to what fs really was a great divison. we just need to see the activity soo what im doin is starting a one week plan. every sunday ill come around and see how we r doin if we improve or drop. trhings to help improve is just haveing people play with each other the more people meet each other the more friends and better chances they will stay. introduce ksi to them not just the squad. chaos taught me this he is a lot of help and we can turn this divison around. Starting getting officers and members to add MORE aka ALL of their squad to their friends list. (there is no excuse for a squad of 50 people to have any member with less then that on their friends list) We claim to not leave a member behind but if your playing a game and you have a private or recruit chilling in free for all because he has no idea that others are on you are leaving him behind and have no idea. ADD THEM MEMBERS! Starting going through everyones friends list and starting getting them members added! You get member joining your lobby to game make sure he has everyone else in the lobby on his list already! 2. Start using the Squad tags more for information and getting the squads more involved. If someone gets promoted send out a message congrats on the squad tags letting the fellow squad members know about it. It gets them more in the know of whats going on and gives that member a bit of self worth as well and a few congrats messsages which is always nice to see when you login to xbox . If you get a new recruit on your squad tag send out a message to all members saying welcome our newest member X because lets be honest guys that new recruit could be the next best general we have ever seen we just don't know it yet. 3. DO NOT always talk about recruiting! Get some game nights running and have fun with your fellow squad members. If you all go out and play the games and don't recruit someone that night that is fine ask yourself did we have fun if you did then that is what its all about! I hate it when I see "recruit parties" and thats it going out there just trying to recruit its bad for morale if that is all they think they are is machines to get more machines. Play the game have some fun and the recruits will come just because they see you all are having a blast! 4. Communication! Generals and higher start asking the privates and recruits questions regarding things that are suppose to be passed down to all levels. If it did not get down to them find out where the glitch is and fix it! Sure I can come up with more but for starters you guys start doing this and keep them heads up you all will be fine! KSI CHAOS 7 109 Posted October 25, 2011 Report Share Posted October 25, 2011 Always here to help One more thing I would suggest is have the cofos and higher get with their generals and have a 3 week plan so that you can get these guys with a mindset of a goal. I have used this program with more than a few division and it works wonders getting them to think long term and not just short term. Now keep in mind even if they don't hit all their goals no need to bash them about it ask why they didn't hit X goal be it training teams whatever and see what can be done to get them there next time.
