KSI KRYTHOON That's wassup man. I tell you what, you're doing a great job being active and really putting things up to bring everyone together. When it comes to questions... be intrusive. Ask ppl what they're doing. Go out and ask if there's any issues you should be aware of. Is there something I can help you with. TALON 775 21 Posted September 13, 2013 Report Share Posted September 13, 2013 Viper we need more people posting because it's telling other squads in our Division that we're not really active on the forums we talked about it at the meeting on Sunday night and we should have a least 3-5 posts by then Viper it's getting to a stage were people don't want to come on the forums and post something it's not just lower ranked members it is Sergeant's and Staff Sergeant's and Officers we need to start posting more I know school and work can be a hassle but sometimes when Im at work I log on scan it to see if anything new has popped up and then do a quick post to show that Im active on squad chat Thanks - 4Lt. Bad news is that I am going to be leaving FI for a new Division called DM. Just a heads up, I am leaving on my own accord. I didn't do something bad to force me to leave. The good news is that I am not leaving KSI. I will still be playing on Xbox Live and still be talking to you. I would like to thank everyone for everything. You all are a great division/squad and you are all destined for greatness. Always keep your eyes set on the horizon and keep on doing what your doing. We don't have Head Hunters up and running, the small amount of communication is down drain and nobody seems to go on squad chat it honestly isn't hard, even when Im at work it only takes me 5 minutes to post something Viper we really need to sort things out instead of leave small problems because they'll eventually become big problems due to inactivity towards the Squad and the forums. - 4Lt. TALON 775 21 Posted September 19, 2013 Report Share Posted September 19, 2013 Viper Squadron, Some bad and good news the Good news is you have 2 new recruits and the bad news is Im being transfered into KSI Intake FI because of this is because within the squadron I have noticed a lot of difficulties with the squads communication levels the Squad tag hasn't been active for while and half of the meetings have gone down the drain it's like the Squad has gone ghost to everything this is my 4th post in a row come on guys when I was first recruitied I thought the Squad was doing well yeah xrl let us down but Chief didn't he was a great General and the new Viper General well the Squad is out of shape man I ain't saying this to be Mr.Meany but it's the exact truth yeah you come online on the xbox and do what you do that's fine by all.means but at least spend about 5-15 minutes recruiting yes it is a challenge and that's a good thing because it requires more time.and if you struggle with recruiting message some squad mates to help you out that's what a squad does they help each other and not just recruit we missed a lot of meetings and defiantly Weekend Warfare the last WW I had one person and that was Ex Staff Sergeant. Everyone's opinions matter but you should know that the higher ranked you are the more of a visible and immediate impact you can have on this community. Ever thought of running your own clan? Be a General. A squad is just as big if not bigger than most clans out there. You can run your squad as you see fit sk long as its within the broad guidelines set hy ksi. 7s will stay out if your hair as long as ykure meeting the reqs. I believe it to be the most fun rank in ksi and many kthers would say the same. Ever thought of running a community? Become a division leader! This division is about as big if not bigger than most gaming communities out there. Dirs stay out of my hair just as 7s let Gens do their thing. The higher up you go the more access to cool ksi stuff you get. You get leadership and managerial experience you just can't find elsewhere. A lot of what youencounter here is what you see in the work place. Consider thiskto be that invaluable learning experience to sculpt the leader out of you. To groom you to become that hotshot executive. That entrepreneur. That successful contractor, coach, teacher, techy, design guru, director, author or coder. There's a lot more to ksi than what lies on the surface. You get out what you in. If you don't interact, get involved in other things inside and out of your squad and just ignore all these opportunities then you won't get much out of ksi. But ifnyou take advantage of some of this stuff....well.... you'll see what I'm talking about when you do *** On a seperate but serious note..... Officers LT and above must be active on the forums, more specifically within the division & preferrably keeping squad chats active. Failure to do so will start with a rank suspenson. Prolonged absence from the forums without dropping an LOA will result in a demotion with or without the General's consent. This is a rule that has been in place for some time. I've been waiting for ppl to do their thing and Gens to enforce this but it's becoming a systemic ksi wide issue and I refuse to alow our great division fall prey to inadequecy. Its really not much to ask for. A post a day keeps the Doc away Ya I'm being playful about it now but make no mistake I am serious about this.Want to be an officer? Show that you can support the squad and division by bringing in recruits. Granted the number of recruits is not a requirement to become an officer but it greatly helps in selection as it lets us know you're willing and abke to put forth the necessary effort to keep things going and that you're familiar with the process.
