IAmChieffy 87 Posted June 9, 2013 Report Share Posted June 9, 2013 XRL and I were talking yesterday and we need to start getting the ball rolling for real on recruiting and getting closer to a Squad Split. I know I have mentioned Splitting in my past couple of posts, but this time I am serious. I can't hold recruiting parties until I get back (June 18), but that doesn't mean you can't do it. For those of you that don't know what a Recruiting Party is, It's basically when you get a party of 4 or more and you go into Public Lobbies and you go recruiting. Pretty self explanatory. So please please please get the ball rolling on recruiting so that we can have a good, active member base in our squad. Lets step it up Viper!!! Good Luck and I shall see you on the Battlefield. Squad Meeting (July 14th, 2013)- We will be having KSI Acidvapor 7 joining us so I would like to see us hit Double Digits which would be awesome!! Sergeants Meeting (July 17th, 2013) I am expecting at least 5 Sergeants to show up to this meeting. We need to get this squad back up and running and it starts with everyone working as a single unit again. I hope to see everyone at both of these events. They start at 8 PM EST. Just telling all of you that I don't talk to that XRL is coming back today/tomorrow so be prepared to put the pedal to the metal to start getting those recruits up. I am expecting all Sergeants to be bringing in at least 2 recruits a week. Lets see if we can get a full Squad Meeting by the end of the month. That would be great. The minimum is 5 per week, but I know we can do better than that. -We shall be cleaning up the Squad Tag over the span of the weekend. If you received a message from XRL, I would message him back. -Viper is getting gutted. New Leadership is getting put in to see who can do there job best. Squad Meeting is tomorrow at 8 PM EST.
