I have come to realize that you all are in desperate need of an overhaul. I am here to bring that spark back into this squad. I have been wanting to do this for quite some time and now that I have my feet in the ground I can do so. Let's get started First, you all have some amazing support. I can honestly say that you all have the BEST (and I do mean this) group of 7's I have ever seen. Here are the "Of The Year" awards they have earned. KSI DoCNeSS- Div-Leader of the Year (He is now Director over FI, CO, IO, SH). KSI ORACLEx 7- Founder of the Year KSI TwistDFistS- General of the Year- (He is now Co-Founder over FI) KSI Invisible1- Captain of the Year KSI Eagle Snipr- Lieutenant of the Year Those are your all-stars for this past year. You have nearly every rank from Lieutenant to Director covered as far as experience goes. I bet if you were to go to any of these people and ask for help, they would proudly give it to you. I know these members very well. They know what they are doing and they will help by any means necessary. If you ever have the opportunity, talk to them. Even if it's for only a couple of minutes, you will walk away with some valuable information. Secondly, this squad cannot be brought back by a single person. Trust me on this one. It is a TEAM EFFORT to bring a squad back and to have it succeed. This is why I can't stress that you all need to game together. Everybody has their strengths and weaknesses. You need to figure out what those are and balance them out. If you notice someone can grab a recruit like THAT, then get them with people who can't. Give them a few tricks to the trade so they can start recruiting people like it's nothing. Once you start getting the #'s up, then the real fun begins. You can start holding HeadHunters try-outs and hold division-wide events. You can even have competitions in your squad. See who can grab the most recruits in a week. Winner get's 800 MSP or something along those lines. If you have enough Corporals, you can do a CPL showdown. Whoever wins gets their name changed and promoted to a Sergeant. The possibilities are endless. I really hope you all take this to heart. If you ever have any questions, feel free to message me on here or on XBL. I am at your disposal.
