Levi 4 Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 Behemoth 3/17/13 Attendance: 20 Discussed: -Make sure you are performing background checks on new recruits and if they have below a 500 gamerscore or are below 17 they need a gens approval. -Make sure new recruits know who the 7s are in our division and know who the officers are in our squad. -Recruitors should work with their recruits and introduce them to people within our squad. -Encourage gamertag changes to reflect KSI. -If anybody is interested in becoming a future officer please message me or one of our officers. -Officers must be active on the forums. -There are more to the forums than just squad chat including gun crowns news team etc. -Keep up recruiting and work on getting respectful members instead of fluff. Taking a break and slowing down is one thing but completely stopping is another. -use the chain of command properly for any transfers or problems. -make sure we are doing a proper background check on recruits for blacklisted clans etc. -soon there will be a recruiting challenge.
