Fight for keeping this squad together. One can't do it alone. Keep your head high and try. All I'm asking is for you to try. You can agree and march along but I need to know if your going to be in line for leading this squad this team this family. We all need to be leaders. Know how to do each others job if one isn't there to take care of problems if they come. We need to lead and take care of our family. Until we are in a comfortable zone we can not sit here and do nothing we have to push ourselves a little. To be able to keep playing against each other and building history.
