Seriously though my suggestions would be to make sure you have your programs up and running. What I mean by that is: 1. Recruit training program - Ensure you are getting these new recruits trained correctly and starting them off on the right foot so that your not losing them 3 weeks later which is kinda counter productive 2. Instructor Training - Who ever is training new recruits need to have some type of training to ensure that all Instructors are knowledgeable and know what they are doing because if the Instructors are clueless well so are the new recruits now congrats (SIdenote on this program - Not everyone is a good recruiter but that does not mean they are not a good teacher. This program will allow the generals and above to see what other talent you really have out there because just because they can't recruit does not mean they can not benefit the division as a whole) 3. Some form of Officer enhancement training - Just because they are a Capt. or a LT does not mean they know everything lets challenge them to see what their true potential really is. Keep in mind that LT today could be the next general of co-fo a few months from now and you have no idea. 4. Recruit training - Conduct some form of classes on how to recruit. Just because someone knows one way does not mean that is the best way for them to do it maybe they suck at it and keep doing the same thing over again and it doesn't work. Give them options throw around ideas and see what comes up 5. HAVE FUN - Do game nights do tournaments do SOMETHING if your squad has above X (DIvision Leaders choice) numbers and can have a HH team make one! We joined a gaming community to game so make sure we don't forget why we all joined in the first place. Just a few tips and hints and I have full faith that SF will be back to its glory days of where you all were if not even better.
