KSI SWiFT x 11
1/31/13 Division Meeting Notes Hosted by KSI Notorious 7 Attended: KSI Littlene eeddy0727 KSI NASCAR 1985 KSI xGENESISx KSI Agathon lock death KSI S4NDWORM x Whitelight x Topics Discussed: 1. Recruiting: We are not trying to "mass recruit" anymore. This causes a lot of fluff in the squad tags and also it leaves us with people that maybe are not online as often as we would like them to be. We need to recruit QUALITY over QUANTITY. No more than 5 people recruited in a week (per Notorious.) Keep your new recruits up to date with squad meetings, game nights, and just get together and have a good time! 2. Promoting: Obviously, there are numerous positions open in DL. You ALL have the chance to prove yourselves in KSI and become part of middle and upper management. How to do this?.. Simply stay a devoted member and be benefitial to KSI, DL, and your squad. Stay active, gather others into lobbies, inspire others to help KSI, and remain loyal to your community. Recruiting helps, but that is not the only thing that looks good for promotion. Do everything in your power to help and you will be rewarded. 3. Tournaments: Headhunters tournaments for DL are starting back up. This weekend is against Boomhower 7's squad (don't know which one.) If you are interested in signing up, just ask KSI NASCAR 1985. Thanks all for attending, next division meeting is TBD.
