DoCNeSS 239 Posted May 10, 2012 Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 Just a reminder: Armada Division: (Approved by Senior Directors) -Must have a member base of at least 450 members with sufficient officer staff throughout the division and each squad. -Must be the original division to create a successful division split. (meaning either division didn't crumble within at least 3 weeks of being made) -Must have an active division section on the forums, and also be utilizing the forums properly. (Meeting notes/squad teams/training guides ect.) -Must have a fully functional Recruit Training program, that is being utilized by each squad in the division. -Must have at least 30% of the division with KSI names. (SGT-Division Leader) - We currently have 459 members in DL - We created Forced Induction well over 3 wks ago > Keep up this great forum activity! - We already have a fully functional recruit training program being utilized in each squad and is actually copied over to other divs, squads etc. 30% KSI names...hmmm.... not sure. So encourage these guys to step up, and make the jump! Let them know that with rank comes responsibility, but look at KSI as a whole. Well organized, very active, publicly known, got our hands in on EVERYthing.
