KSI Bigdaddy 25 Posted June 5, 2014 Report Share Posted June 5, 2014 Hey DL its your founder (KSI southern 7).. i hope everyone is having a good day and staying cool and drinking plenty of water on this hot summer day . i want to talk about a few things right quick.. first off its summer time and school is out that means ppl are going to be on xbox alot meaning there will be alot of ppl interested in KSI. if you are sending out mass messages to recent players and you get some hits back from that message, before you recruit them make sure you ask them questions about there self and about there gaming life make sure they will be loyal not someone who will be FLUFF to your squad. its very important that you play with your NEW RECRUITS so they dont fill left out and so they want leave. ppl join KSI because they want new ppl to play with ... remember when you recruit someone you make sure they are of age and they dont have any blacklisted clans or members on friends list. we dont need blacklisted members trying to sneak into KSI or any of our squads what so ever. if you dont know who is blacklisted please contact your officers for any of that info. also make sure the new members know who there 7s are and whats 7s mean. treat the new members like you would want to be treated if you where a new rct. the new members are the future of KSI .. this is for LTS and CPT, when you are promoted to your next rank make sure you are training that next member that will replace you ..
