How to recruit properly and Tips to recruiting good members.

When recruiting you want the recruits to know as much about KSI as you know, because you want them to be informed. Below is a list of things they need to know and the recruiter will need to explain to them. If recruiting is not done like this from now on, FS will bring back the recruit tag, which is basically the same thing as this, but we are just eliminating the recruit tag part, but keeping the training portion.

-They need to be read the Code of Conduct and Rank Structure.

-They need to know what KSI is and the history of KSI. ( if enough people need it I will make a post of what you can say to them for this part)

-They need to know the activities and fun things that KSI offers, such as Tournaments, Graphics Design, Marketing and HR programs, squad Game Nights weekly, and the forums.

-They need to know what squad and division they will be recruited into.

-They then need to be explained what a squad and what a division is in KSI, as well as how they work and the purpose of separating members into squads and divisions.

-They need to be explained the importance of changing your gamertag as well as the importance of meetings and listening to proper leaders.

Recruiting Tips

Sometimes recruiting can be hard and sometimes you may not be able to find the best quality recruits, my solution to this is, play games an find people who talk, if they seem cool, get them in your lobby, and play about 6 or 7 games with them before you even mention KSI. Then just say, "I know you noticed the KSI in my name and I wanted to explain what that meant and what that is." do so and then let them know that we have 3000 members and rapidly growing and that we are an invite only gaming community, because when you recruit you are to only recruit people YOU ASK and NOT the one who ASK YOU.

I will be posting more on this and I want every officer to read this and every general to have a workshop on this for the next 3 weeks and that is mandatory. FS on the rise baby.
