From the time that you are a SSG and up you are to have a forums account. and whenever you get to be a Gen u have to have it due to you having to post the meeting notes.  Seniors went through friends lists and they have run across Gens and up that have inactive forums accounts which means they have not logged in for over 14 days. Rank suspensions will be handed out if ur forums accounts go inactive if it happens twice your position/rank could be in jeapordy

 

Those of you that are just logging in then logging back out of G14 need to shape up take 15 to 20 minutes every week to go through with a finne tooth comb and make sure everything is proper

1. Transfer policy is as follows: The leader has to come into the area and post up an approval of the transfer along with giving you the permission to post. The Divisional Leaders will have 72 hours after the interview process is complete to follow up with this process. Also we are wanting to make sure that people are using the transfer area with

2. We will be posting up a new thread in the Leaders Section on the forums about the squad tags that are showing off line for an extremely long period of time. If any tag belongs to your division PM us with an response, include all Seniors in your response please as to reason and what is being done to rectify members not seeing the tags online.

3. The join section is still not getting the attention that it is supposed to be getting, each division has a Founder and up, so each Division should have a Representative to monitor the Join Section. The join section is there for members to rejoin and also join for the first time so don’t think that you have the right to just say no to accepting the people from there. If there is some one you don’t want then you need to post up and let them know. If your division is on a recruiting hold then and only then can you pass the member along....but post up and let them know.

4. G14 password security must be 10 characters long including numbers upper and lower case letters with symbols also.

5. AAP staff applications close tonight and the OTMs are closing on the 18th, check out the AAP section for more info, or message KSI Doctor 7.

6. Web Staff Moderator positions are open for those who wish to apply. If interested, go to the general area and check out the "We're" hiring topic! Also, you can message the web staff for more details.

7. If you have promotions for anyone in the community that you would like announced, please message KSI Doctor 7 the names, ranks, and squad/division of those you wish to shout out! The more the merrier!

Keep sending out positive messages and shout outs they have slowed down in the past few weeks get them up and going again send out messages about spirit week get your Divisions/Squads fired up about spirit week

Spirit Week is only a week away lets make sure there is a strong presence from each and every division here. You can find the Schedule for Spirit week on the news page on page 2 go check it out!!
Also during Spirit week there will be No meetings held!

Production team needs new members if you have a capture card and know how to stream or even want to learn how get with productions and apply now!

Join and Rejoin sections are up on the forums
with the rejoin section once a member puts in a REJOIN app they have to wait a week. The reason for this is so any div leader has time to post in this topic letting someone know they have information about this member as well as it give IA a chance to look into their app

Social Medias need to be promoted throughout every division in KSI. make sure the gens are sending them out to their squads

Fathers day is this Sunday there are No mandatory meetingson this day however this will be the last week for meeting until after Spirit week so we ask to make them voluntary or reschedule them. With them being voluntary any absense is excused but Leaders should fill in if need be, if they can, to facilitate meetings.

1.Spirit Week is over, we need to make sure we are getting back into the swing of things.with meetings and gamenights.

2.Participation was great! Every division participated this year which is great!

PM Queenjess on forums with ur address for those in your divisions that won a prize. If you don't you forfeit your prize.

3.Try to encourage divisions to end squad chats on kik, we want to push interaction on Xbox, limit kik chats to the essentials.

4.Try to get workshops back up and running, we have tons of resources in the leaders section.

9.when we give these notes out to you div leaders in our Wednesday night meeting it needs to be passed through your entire division also you need to add your own goals and notes to go along with ours same goes for your gens during their squad meetings

7.if your sgts aren't recruiting then look to your cpls they are allowed to rct they jjust have to be trained on how to properly recruit by a sgt or higher
