Reasoning why the deserve this - Ellis is an awesome GEN. He is one of the very first people I met when I was recruited into NECRO. It has been a great pleasure working closely with Ellis. I have learned a great deal from him and feel because of him I am much better a person and officer in REAPERS. I know one day soon, it will be my time to become a GEN and because of all the training and teaching Ellis has given me, I know I am ready to be a GEN. He truly cares about our squad and takes time to meet and play with every new member who comes in.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Rebel is an amazing CPT for WARLORD. He is well due for his upcoming GEN position and does a lot of work. He is very good at handling problems and getting to know his members. Even though I am in a different squad, we work together very closely on stuff and both being in a similar situation learning to be GENs, it has been a great pleasure getting to know him and work with him.

Reasoning- This guy is an amazing general. I am in a completely different division and I have heard of all the great things this guy has done. He knows when he see's quality members and he knows how to keep squad motivated and happy. He hold's game nights every night with recruits and the squad meeting every week. Smooth is the pinnacle of what being a General truly is.

His members respect him and he never talks down or mistreats any of his members. He makes sure everything is going smoothly within his squad. He sends messages daily from the squad tag and makes sure communication is happening. He handles situations calmly and in a professional and timely manner.

He is always reachable if help is needed and is very polite despite any differences he may have with someone. Reasoning why they deserve this -If there was one word to sum up Shooter it would be wow!! this guy is on fire! he has been going over and beyond his regular duties and that's why he is a CPT now he has basically taken the role of Gen without knowing it and doing a great job at it!!everyone in his squad looks up to the guy and loves him,he has added structure and moral to his squad when it needed it the most,he has taken a very shaky squad and helped it to strengthen and improve,he handles issues very well and I believe this man will be a great Gen one day.

Reasoning why they deserve this -  Given the Situation Divine Reign was in last year, it was clear we needed some proper support. When Cheddar became our director it was as if the entire Division stepped up their game. This is a Director who is never late with Divisional activities. If i ever need something or need to talk to him he responds in timely manor. And if he cannot then he will message me letting me know he will get back to me. He is a special kind of director i haven't had in a long time. He's good with advising and suggesting when he needs to but always makes sure he doesn't force things upon the division within means.

He is a specific Co-founder because of the amount of responsibility given on day one. Of six squads he has been at the forefront of it all being Our only active co-founder. Despite the stressful and tiring situations he is put in he still finds a way to work through it with the support of his Founder.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This is a general who Came up from another good memeber KSI DESTINED 7, after the split Netter took over Valkyrie DR. Ever since ive heard nothing but good come out of the Squad. This is a General who doesn't necessarily expect the spot light nor need it to be a good General. She knows what is expected of her and she executes it around the clock. Netterbug carries a specific title around DR being that motherly figure for members equal to her and below her in rank.

Reasoning - when i got a transfer to CO he welcomed me and hes been making me feel so welcome here. He always is talking with any member and every member wether there a rct or a gen. He has done his job far better then i have ever seen and specially for a 7 which in his case has so much on his plate and still taking the time to play with members, to go recruit, and on top of being a acting gen of a squad on top of other things. he is a true example of the a natural born leader and he is a true role model for me. Writing has never been a strong suit of mind but in simple words i truly believe he should be awarded for his out standing work as co founder in this out standing division and family we have here in CO.
