ADVISOR ROLE/RANK: it is now listed on the rank structure, and it should now only be used after approval from Director, any division abusing the ranks of ADVISOR OR SSGT WILL HAVE THEM REMOVED FROM THE DIVISION. 2. KICKOUT: Make sure that when kicking out a person from a division we have proof and that the proof is documented; if no proof is available or is able to be transferred step the decision up to the Seniors up. This will take the burden away from the division and put it on the Senior staff who is better served to handle any repercussions from any backlash from a disgruntled member. 3. FORUMS: The leaders list is has to be updated at every promotion and demotion/changer of status of member rank. Seniors/Directors and Luci have to be informed via, proper channels. Remember we have to do this in order to keep the integrity of the ranking system. Your duties in this matter and we are slacking serverly, so I’m asking for a new leaders list from everyone to be PM’d to myself and the other seniors and we will ensure it is handled this time and then Div Leaders, Directors are responsible for making sure that changes are made, not done but made. (ask I’ll explain). · The following Divisions have been moved from Flagship to Fleet due to drop in numbers: 1. FORCED INDUCTION 2. FORGOTTEN GODS 3. GROUND ZERO 4. TWISTED WARFARE 1. Join Section: The Join Section will from now on need to have the whom ever that is working with the applicant, and that finishes it up post up and make sure that the title is changed to where he/she is recruited to and the finished status of said applicant/ Cheddar you can correct this if I didn’t state this properly. 2. KSI QueenJess 7 will be having her surgery next week, while she will be around we are hoping to try to keep her out of as much stress as possible lol yeah right she has Chaos…just kidding we will keep her and Chaos in our prayers and pray for a speedy recovery. 3. Divisional Milestones: Make sure to cover with each division and also cover with the new leaders what these are and how to apply, and what they are…. 4. IA: we need to make sure that all divisions send in a new list of who their IA rep is, also we will be having either Para, xApoc in the meeting for a IA session. We are having some issues with a couple divs not knowing what to do in situations when being poached, or if they are having members leave or what IA’s job is. We are asking IA to do a small training session with the divs like before, we will need to come up with some questions and concerns, or actions. 5. Spirit Week: make sure that we are telling everyone is aware of the xbox one participation along with the twitch and the facebook and give out the instagram addresses. We have the streaming close on the xbox with voice and good quality. Keep sending out the countdown to SpiritWeek it is exciting. Remember to mention it on facebook daily and also on the other social media and if you are so inclined put it in your bio…..6. AWARNESS AND PROTICOL be sure that promotions, rank suspensions , transfers , returning members , ect. are being approved by the proper 7s and that your 7s , gens, and officers know this. ( if an officer or a gen says so and so approved something, be sure to check to make sure they did approve it )7. KEEP KSI FUN just as it says keep ksi fun even when rcting, and keep having gamenights every week even unscedualed ones everyday. and feel free to invite your fellow 7s ( even directors and seniors ) to squad and divisional gamenights. Tapatalk is the new app for the forums makes it easier to get around the forums and everything in general. tags need to be updated every week and make sure to keep up on promoting your txts and pvts in the timely manner. applications for T&E,forums staff, and news team on forums. productions is hiring also on the forums they are mainly looking for people for the live streaming. make sure to start doing shout outs again if someone is doing good in the squad, promotions, and new recruits so everyone knows they are new. directors are going to be going through all squads looking for fluff and other stuff to be fixed that has been missed. paratroop 7 is now the head of IA. Still trying to get the 7s to post up in the thread for their history in KSI here on the forums. 2. Fuzzy is asking for all the divisions to set goals that are achievable and not just the minimum. These notes will be revisited the following week and each division will need to have an explanation on why they did or did not achieve them. This will be discussed at the div leader meetings each week with each division. This also includes the promotions and plans for the division. 3. The quiz system is up and running here on the forums for those divisions using the testing systems for promotions. They must use this system and no other system. 4. Everyone needs to help their general and 7 staff by getting with all of the members in their squads and find out which games and consoles they will be getting and get that info to the generals so that it can be documented so when the games drop we are ready. 5. Every division is allowed to try and get up and set up a Destiny squad but BEFORE YOU SET ONE UP YOU MUST FIRST GET WITH THE DIRECTORS AND SENIOR DIRECTORS FIRST. SQUAD NOTES This week starts week one of our 3 week rotations, so we will be focusing on recruiting again. Let's go out and increase our head count guys! Make sure we are getting down to “real numbers.†- Starting November 3rd the Xbox One price is dropping to $349.99. November 3rd is the early release for Advanced Warfare and November 11th is the release for the Master Chief Collection. We will be taking polls to see who is getting these games. - There hasn’t been very many people asking about the Destiny squads being created. If you have interest, please talk to an officer so they can let the correct 7s know. - BOD want all divisions to be ran equally. For some reason some divisions are running things differently and not by the SOP (Standard Operation Procedures) and they want to make sure they are all being run by the KSI standard. - Meeting notes are starting to slip. We need to make sure they are getting posted 24-48 hours after the meeting and they need to be posted correctly. - Just a reminder that the quiz system is up. This is for the divisions that use the quiz system for promotions. They are at the top of the forums at the tab bar that says Quiz System. Weekend Warfare:Weekend Warfare this past Saturday was 4v4 Halo 4 on Swat @ 5 EST, Xbox One @ 8 EST on COD Ghost and Xbox 360 BlOps 2. Sign ups for those events were on ksiweekendwarfare.org.
