When recruiting, make sure you are checking their friends list for multiple other clans. if you run into this issue then ask if they are comfortable with deleting most of the other members to make room for ksi in their friends list. if they have too many other clans in their friends list they are most likely in that other clan. Next week we will be starting the recruiting tournament for CPLS only. the prize will be a $10 name change card. the tournament will last for 7 days and the first person to get 7 minimum in that week will get the name change. this tournament will start after our next squad meeting so spread the word. Officers stay active with checking the recruit tag, KSI Neilgro has been the only one active with this task. we are a team and must have communication for this task.. Make sure to ask if they fully understand what you told them and help them learn the proper way. Recruits should be done properly. Evil will not track you down if one of your recruits is incorrect. Look for your mistakes, and fix them. In order for our division to succeed, we will have to work together as a team. No more petty problems. Those kinds of things destroy squads and divisions. You generals should be helping each other. If you notice something wrong with someone else's squad, point it out to them, but don't be a meanie butt. We're all here to help each other grow and learn to become the greatest leaders that we can. Don't recruit anyone with a pulse. Actually take time and get to know them. We want our members to enjoy being around new recruits, so if they're rude and butt faces, don't waste your time recruiting them. Evil likes to talk a lot.... We have to stop being lazy and taking short cuts! If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right. Take time and pride in who you train and mentor. Don't slack! Gens, remember to send out a minimum of 3 messages a week on the squad tag: one for sergeant workshop, one for squad meeting, and one about weekend warfare. Preferably we would like to see one positive or motivational message a week as well. Forums activity! Please stay active, but don't spam! We won't ever grow if we don't stay positive! Be aware of people on your friends lists. Do regular security checks on everyone you're friends with. Generals, please do a monthly in depth squad wide security check! Contact your cofo if you want help. That's what we're here for! Game nights! If you're having a game night, make sure to message us sevens! We want to come and meet your members and game with you guys! We need to get LW out there! Start getting involved in weekend warfare and game nights. Get more involved! Officers should be able to handle small issues, but bigger things need to be brought to generals and even sevens. Recruits sent to the recruit tag will be denied without 500 gamerscore, 20 of their own friends, or if their motto and bio aren't correct. Please make sure everything is done right before adding the recruit tag. Recruits must be trained off the recruit tag ASAP! We are losing valuable recruits because officers aren't getting to them in time. If a recruit on the tag is ignoring you, send a message to the recruit tag so they can be fluffed. Demotions will be given to officers who are not active on the forums! Minimum two posts a week!! The forums is not the appropriate place for drama! Take it up with your general or cofounder on Xbox.
