Second Meeting's Notes: This meeting was mainly made because we had just a small few more than 18 and a few of us couldnt connect back to the meeting. although this meeting was an hour late we had KSI GreenWisdom mock recruit xBallDontLie03x. he did a great job, did not stutter and did not leave anything out. after he finished the mock recruit we played one Q&A game in which everyone did fine. Then he spoke of our new three ok policy in order to recruit on your own. KSIxDOVAHKINx then recruited HEADHUNTERZ444 into KSI in front of everyone else. Dovahkin had to do something in the middle and earth played "baby come back", Dovahkin then had to look back at his notes. He studdered slightly, had some issues with headhunterz bio but did an overall well job. While lucky fox, dovahkinn, n headhunterz worked on the bio issue, earth explained what the rest of the recruit proceedure would be like. We then did a Q/A game night and members began to leave. He also talked about his movie again. Then KSIxTOXIC RAIN did a mock recruit on UPS Saints. Overall Toxic did very well just some minor things to work on. KSIxCanadaGreen went down the list for questions or comments. Then KSIxCanadaGreen hosted a QnA game night and then after that people started leaving slowly. Meeting 2: KSI KingKong20 talked about the respect issues within leonidas and that it needs to be fixed. It is making people leave because they do not like it anymore. KSIxKILLERxKAM touched up on the respect subject after kingkong fished. KSI KingKong20 talked about the kik chat issues and said that you need to watch what you say because for one it can be against c.o.c. and two it can offend someone and make then not want to stay in the clan. After that KSIxKILLERxKAM did a mock recruit on KSIxKOLLYWOOD. Overall KAM did and outstanding recruiting job. Then KingKong went down the list for questions or comments and then the meting ended. After that we had KSI Derpy mock recruit me in which he did alright but wasnt that fluid. After the mock recruits KingKong talked about the headhunters and elite enforcers teams. After Kong talked about that Cloud had a small speach about how it hasnt felt much like a family in our squad lately. after all that we did a Q&A game in which me and cloud asked the questions. after that game a few left, we did one more game than more people started to leave.
