Upper Leadership Notes:

- Production team is still looking for XB1 Clips.

- Leaders have had to remove quite a few members for breaking rules in the CoC, especially for #2 (KSI does not tolerate racism, discrimination, or harassment by or towards any KSI member in any situation.) We want to pound the CoC into the brains of members by going over it , IN DEPTH, in at least one meeting per month.

- Weekend Warfare this weekend on GTA5. It will be a Motorcycle show. If you are interested you can sign up on ksiweekendwarfare.org

- The ShoutOut program has been showing positive results. Members have popped up out of nowhere and starting putting in work after we have initiated the shoutouts. GENs should be sending out at least two of these positive messages per week on the Squad Tag.

LW Notes:

- KSI Nick 7 will be resuming the Question of the Day. Members who want to participate kind find the topic on the forums page. Answers need to be sent to KSI Nick 7 on XBOX360. You can receive points for correct answers as well as referrals. If you refer someone to the game they should put your gamertag in the response that they send to KSI Nick 7.

- Working on getting the Gun Crowns and Warriors of the Month started up. You can find more information on those on the forums page.

- Officers need to be training their replacements. Make sure they get the information needed to take over yours effectively and with little confusion.

- #2 of the CoC. Make sure that you are treating other members with the highest respect. If you do not get along, limit your activity together. If you have to be together, keep your opinions to yourself. KSI is about family. As in all families there will be disagreements, but it does not mean that you can be free to harass another member.

Squad Notes:

- All of the members in Achilles have been doing great. The promotions that Green and Aries received would not have been possible without the hard work that you guys put in too.

- Keep up with the shoutouts. If you see someone that has been showing a lot of improvement or putting in a lot of work for KSI, send a mass message out and give them the recognition that they deserve..

- Make sure that you are following all of the rules in the CoC.

- For right now we will on a Recruit Lock. We need to get all of the recruits off the RCT tag, and train everyone up to CPL. Then we can see how many members we need to pick up before we finally split this squad.

-Weekend Warfare: March 28 @ 8pm EST Halo 4 X360 4v4 Ro Sham Bo and Halo 2 XB1 4v4 Ro Sham Bo

- LEAD 101 and 201 classes will be on Monday and Tuesdays of Every Week. Sign up on the forums page.

- Stats will be sent to the SNR by 6pm Wednesday.

- GENs and 7s having trouble getting into the "7s and GENs chat" may need another password. Contact KSI EVIL 7.

- Need to start making member less poachable. This can be done by getting them more involved in the gaming community. Hold more game nights, get TacTeam/HeadHunters teams up and running, come up with new ideas to get them involved in the community.

- Promote Spirit Week and KSI Medias. Would like to make this year's Spirit Week more successful than last year.

LW Notes:

- Recruiting Tournament starts on Monday, March 30.

1st Prize: $50 in MS points or KSI Hoodie, winner's choice

2nd Prize: $25 in MS points

- Need to work on getting the problems fixed with incoming recruits. Settings have been messed up and mottos and bios have been wrong. Take the time to double check everything before sending them to the RCT tag

- New recruits that have already changed their name to reflect KSI need to be made top priority when training them off the tag.

- Officers need to properly train their replacements. If they are not ready you, neither of you will be promoted.

- KSI Green 7 will be hosting Forum Workshops on Mondays @ 8pm EST. The highest ranking officer from each squad on at that time will be pulled into a party and taught information about the forums that they can relay to the other members in their squad.

- Make sure emblems on games are kept PG. Vulgar emblems do not represent KSI as a positive gaming community.

- Like to see more game nights.

- GENs use the squad tags and G14 properly. Neither should be inactive.

Achilles Notes:

- Recruit lock does not mean that we can't compete in the recruiting tournament. We can recruit into other squads as long as an officer from that squad is contacted for permission and squad information.

- Gun Crowns game night after the meeting.

- KSI Bankz is hosting game night Saturday @ 9pm EST on AW.

- Split will be coming soon. Waiting to hear back with a name for the new squad.

Leadership Notes:

-Sunday squad meetings can be moved due to Easter.

-There are AAP and TnE Staff openings, as well as the News and Production teams is looking for new members. Be sure to apply on the forums page if you are interested in joining either of those.

-Keep up the shout outs. They have been very motivational and drive members to strive harder.

-Spirit week coming up. We need to start getting people together for teams. There will be a lot of prizes including a free XB1.

LW Notes:

-Recruiting Tournament is going on. Members must be added to G14 to qualify. Any CPLs that are recruiting need to have something on their bio saying that they have been trained to recruit.

-Recruiting has been great, but officers need to be getting them off of the recruit tag a little faster. With the recruiting tournament going on, expect the tag to fill up quick.

-A topic will be started on the forums page to sign up for the forums workshops that will be held by KSI Green 7.

-Squads need to be getting Tac Teams and Gun Crowns set up. This helps to keep the members more involved, especially those that have more competitive.

- Have been seeing a lot of game nights being held. Keep it up.

-GENs need to be sending a minimum of 3 messages a week on the squad tag.

-Make sure that all members have the basic knowledge of KSI. All members should at least know what KSI stands for and the ranking structure. Every little bit of information helps improve their chances of ranking up in the future.

-GENs need to stay on top of the fluff.

Encourage members to check out the KSI History topic on the forums page, and to add their own history if they would like.

-The Question of the Week will be starting back up on the forums page Monday, April 6th. Be sure to check it out. Message KSI Nick 7 with any answers to see if you can win a prise.

Achilles Notes.

-Everyone is getting anxious with the split coming up. We have a full officer staff after tonight. All our members are trained past CPL. We are just waiting on a name for the new squad and the word "GO." Be patient. It will happen.

-Gum Crowns has been a big hit in our squad. Would like to see more of those hosted.

-Make sure that if you are recruiting into the other squads you are contacting an officer from that squad to let them know you are doing so.

-In all, this squad is in great shape. For example KSI Aries was late for the meeting but it still started on time thanks to the CPTs: KSI Ascendancy and KSI MadIntense. You guys make me proud to be a part of KSI. Everyone pitches in and does there job to make sure things run smoothly.

LW Notes:

-KSI Nick 7 is bringing back his question game. Go check out his Daily Questions thread for rules on how to play.
-Touching back on Spirit Week, we need to promote it heavily. We need to get LW involved in this year's Spirit Week.
-KSI Green 7 will be holding weekly forums workshops on Monday at 8:30pm EST. Signups will be posted weekly on the forums. Space will be limited so make sure to be one of the first ones to signup. It will be open to all LW members of any rank.
-Train your replacement!!! You can't get promoted unless there's someone to fill your "shoes."
-Make sure to keep all BO2 and AW emblems PG. No nudity, explicit language, racial slurs, etc. We want to represent our selves in every way possible.
-Our LW recruiting tournament is still going on:
          1st place prize with at least 25 recruits: $50 in Microsoft points or a KSI hoodie (winner's choice)
          2nd place prize with at least 18 recruits: $25 in Microsoft points
          There is a a possibilty for a third place prize. If so, you would need at least 12 recruits to qualify for it.
-Make sure the privacy settings on your recruits are set properly. KSI EVIL 7 will decline them if they're messed up and they won't count towards your total number of recruits for the tournament.
-Make sure to train your recruits off of the recruit tag. This has been an ongoing issue and we need to fix it.
-Make sure our members are "unpoachable!!!" Make sure to include your new members in game nights and parties to give them a sense of belonging in this community!

Achilles Notes:

-Again on Spirit Week, there is not a lot of information on this yet, but the closer we get, the more we will know. We still need to be getting ready. There will be many different aspects to Spirit Week. Activity, gameplay, and other terms will play roles in winning prizes.

-There are now clan tags set up for AW for both people staying in Achilles, and one for those that will be going to the new squad. With this said, it will no longer be acceptable for our members to be in other clans. They will be required to leave and join the KSI clan tags.

-Game nights can be a little more frequent.

-Get these new rcts trained off the tag as soon as they get accepted. We will need them trained to split.

Leadership Notes:

-WebOps Team is looking for Forums Moderators. If you are interested fill out an application on the forums page.

-Graphics Team is looking for signatures to do. You must have at least 35 posts on the forums to apply for a signature from them.

-KSI Doctor 7 has been posting promotions on the facebook page to gain more recognition for those people. Make sure that you send him a message with any promotions to get those people recognized within the community.

Achilles Notes:

-Game nights have been picking up, but still like to see more.

-As far as splitting the squad, we will let you know when we get word. We still have a ways to go after the fluffing that was done. We will let you know when it is time, please quit hounding us about it. We know everyone is anxious, but it gets old, REAL QUICK.

-Need to be spending more time with our members. There are several people that are feeling like they are left out. Reach out to one person that you have not gamed with in this squad every day. Get them involved in the things we do. Just make things more fun for everyone involved.

-Have been some errors with the recruits lately. Xbox has not been cooperating either, but everything needs to be verified that it is correct before that recruit is sent to the recruit tag. There is no point in recruiting a member if they are just going to be denied by the tag.

-In order to promote activity on the forums page, KSI Asendancy offered to make signatures for Achilles members that have over 20 posts on the forums page.

Leaderâ€™s Notes:
1. The L.E.A.D. Class session 2 has concluded and the next classes will start in the next few weeks. We are working on getting the program started on both the 360 and the Xbox one, with that being said the old program of allowing LT and up on the 101 classes will be the standard and Generals and up on the 201 will be the standard. For all your information on the LEAD PROGRAM please visit the LEAD Section on the forums and all your questions should be answered there, any other questions just ask them there and one of the staff will be glad to answer them.
2. The join section will be going through a little change in the near future, we will have a join section and a rejoin section in the future, so be on the look out for that coming soon.
3. All of the Join Section will now have a one week hold on them so the staff will have time to do their jobs without rushing, and they will have time to bring in any 7â€™s if need be. This will slow down the rejoin and join section but it will make the department run more efficient.
4. Make sure that you are ready for summer and the influx of what we have always call the summer rush of recruits, this time of year we always get an influx of recruits because of the extra time that school agers are allowed on the xbox, make sure that you are talking to your squads and your cofoâ€™s and getting them prepared for this time of year and donâ€™t drop the ball, its and excellent time to find your next officer or 7.
5. Make sure that the meeting notes are being passed down and that they are being posted we have got to ensure that the notes are reaching everyone all the way down to the privates. Utilize your Silver Accounts daily.
6. This weeks Weekend Warefare is a 4v4 swat on halo 4 on 360 and also the Xbone. Make sure that you are asking your div to participate with the weekend warfare and support them.
7. In the last 2 weeks we grew 100 members with also defluffing in 2 divisions, that is showing
8. Productions is taking applications, if you are interested please visit the productions section of the forums and keep sending in those great clips.
9. Finally lets keep the push for Spirit Week, we have had a great response so for and lets keep it going.
10. T&E applications are still open also.
KSI iLLuSiON 7 â€“ Productions is looking for new members that would like to stream. If you have a capture card and need help learning how to stream, the productions team will help teach you. They are also looking for people that are interested in editing; they will also help you with that. Theyâ€™ve got lots of good events coming up so keep an eye out for that. There is also an open topic in the productions area of the forums. Also news team, check out the news articles @ www.ksiglobal.org. There should be an area where you can comment on their articles. The writers definitely want to hear some comments so they know their work is being read and would really mean a lot to them if you do comment.

LW Notes:
- Recruiting tournament ended Thursday night. KSI Nick 7 will be going through and counting up the amount of recruits for each member. Expect winners to be announced at next weekâ€™s meeting.
- Donâ€™t cut corners, but make sure youâ€™re still having fun. Thatâ€™s the reason we are all here.
- Feel free to branch out of your squad. KSI Nick 7 will be working on planning some division wide game-nights.
- Remember when you are recruiting people they MUST have 20 non-KSI members on their friendâ€™s list. If this continues to be a problem we will be addressing the issue.
- If there are recruits on the recruit tag that wonâ€™t respond to you guys when you try to train them you should give them 3 warnings. After those 3 warnings you should message the recruit tag and let us know the situation.
- Shout out to KSI Green 7 and KSI Collector 7 for their hard work as Co-Founders
- Remember to post up your KSI History in the LW section on the forums page.
- Remember to make sure our members are â€œun-poachableâ€ we need to get them involved from the moment they get recruited in. This means holding game-nights regularly as well as just playing with them
- AW/BO2 squads need to be making sure that emblems are kept PG rated. We donâ€™t want to see nudity, racial slurs, etc.
- Make sure that when CPLâ€™s are recruiting you remind them that a LT or higher needs to shadow them until they are ready to recruit on their own. Make sure that the CPLâ€™s are putting who cleared them to recruit in their bios.
- For those of you that donâ€™t already know this KSI EVIL 7 stepped down due to medical issues. He is okay, but he wonâ€™t have as much time on Xbox anymore and he felt like this was the right thing for him to do. Keep him in your thoughts over the next few weeks

- As always make sure we are all pushing all the different social media websites that KSI has to offer: Twitter, Facebook, Twitch, etc.

Achilles Notes:

- â€‹We reaffirmed the notes set forth by leadership.

- We plan to hold more eventful game nights such as comedy night, Tac-Team training, Karaoke night, and brain storming a few more to mix things up.

- We are also planning to get teams together to participate in SPIRIT WEEK.

- Went over the split and that our goal to do so is Thursday 05/07/2015. Until the we will continue to train and have fun the good ol'KSI way.

Leadership Notes:

-Starting date for KSI Spirit Week will be on June 24, 2015. Day 1 will be a pep rally and possibly a forums challenge. We will learn more about spirit week as we get closer to it.

-There has been a new topic started on the forums page for KSI History. Members can go in there and post how they came to be in KSI and what led them to be where they are today.

-Divisional OTM are now open. It is up to the 7s to post any nominations. So if you think that someone has been doing a great job in their position let a 7 know so that they can be nominated.

-KSI Doctor 7 is posting promotions on the facebook page to give more recognition for them. Send him a message with the squad, division, gamertag and rank of anyone that has been promoted.

-Weekend Warfare has not been declared yet, but by Saturday it will be posted on www.ksiweekendwarfare.org. Be sure to check that out if you are interested in joining.

-Any official KSI KIK chats need to be in accordance with the KSI Code of Conduct. If Senior leadership asks for a copy of the chat members need to make that available to them so they can monitor it.

-The division Wicked Intent will start monitoring all of the division transfers to make them run more smoothly. This is due to the fact that WI is inherently out reform and rehab division. Members that are considered possible risks are placed here to make sure they will not pose a threat to the community.

-KSI Jewlz is setting up a Minecraft team for spirit week. Any members that are interested in joining her team can message her personally.

-Like the number of game nights that have been made lately. The diversity of games played has also been improving.

-Xena is looking for help on finding recruits. The person needs to have AW to be in Xena so make sure they do. Also contact an officer in Xena with any new recruits and if you have any questions about their meeting times. Again, make sure everything checks out before sending them to the recruit tag. Leadership Notes:

-Really need to be pushing activity for Spirit Week. Stress that it should be about having fun and representing LW and the skills that we have to offer. We are looking to create teams for 360 Halo 4, 3-8 person: XB1 MC Collection, 3-8 person; 360 and XB1 Advanced Warfare, 4-8 person; and 1-2 person teams for a Karaoke contest. There will be a lot of awesome prizes involved. Also be sure to check out the videos for Spirit Week on the forums page to vote on your favorite.

-LEAD classes week 2 will be held this week. Be sure to sign up on the forums page.

-Need to stress that KSI is supposed to be about having fun. Don't let little things get you down, especially if it can be fixed by speaking up. When it comes down to it, respecting other members within the community is the key to happiness, and jokes can be taken the wrong way. But 9 times out of 10 the issue can be resolved by asking the person to respect that you were offended by the situation and not to do it again. If the problem continues then officers should be notified so that they can handle the situation.

-The News Team is still looking for members. If you would be interested in writing articles concerning KSI feel free to apply for a position on the forums page.

-We need to be promoting all of the social medias for KSI.

LW Notes:

-The results for the recruiting tournament are still being counted. Hopefully we will have them done by next weeks officer meeting.

-A new recruiting tournament may be coming up towards the release of BO3, which will most likely be the first place prize.

-We are still seeing too many errors on the recruit tag. If recruiters continue to make the same mistakes they are going to be banned from recruiting until they are retrained and cleared by a GEN or 7. Also CPLs need to have something in their bios saying who cleared them to start recruiting. Another issue has been with having a number of other gaming communities on the recruit's friend list. If you have already spoken to the person about it make sure that you send a message to the recruit tag so that KSI Nick 7 knows that it has been dealt with.

-Officers need to be training their replacements. If you do not have a suitable replacement for your position, you will not be promoted. So make sure that you are teaching the people below you all of the responsibilities and knowledge that comes with your current station.

-If there is a question or an issue it needs to go through the correct chain of command. It is getting to be a huge problem that the appropriate leaders are not contacted first and the issue ends up going much further than it has to.

-KSI Nick 7 apologizes for the infrequency of the QOTD. Things have been hectic and he will be getting that back up when he can. Be sure to check it daily if you are interested in playing the game.

-Be sure to check out the KSI History link at the bottom of the forums page. It contains a lot of useful and interesting facts about how KSI has gotten to where it is today.

-There is a Facebook group set up for members in LW. If you are on Facebook be sure to look it up.

-Need to make sure that our members are unpoachable by keeping them involved with all things KSI. That can be done by including them in game nights, parties or any other type of KSI function.

-There have been a lot of questions about the lockdown. It is only for LW at the moment but it is mandatory until further notice. Make sure that your parties and game lobbies are set to invite only to prevent further security risks from other gaming communities.

-KSI URDONE79 was promoted to General of Hannibal. If any of you are familiar with him be sure to spam him with congratulatory messages.

Achilles Notes:

-There haven't been a lot of messages about game nights going out since the split. We need to fix that. Anyone can host a game night on any game. Just send a message to the recruit tag and we will send out a message to get more people involved.

-Officers need to be looking at the people they are interested in taking their place when they are promoted. We are already growing in numbers again and we will need to start filling out our officer staff again soon.

-We need to get more SGTs involved with recruiting for them to be eligible for an officer position.

-Haven't seen too many errors with the recruits coming into this squad, but make sure that you are double checking everything before the friend request is sent to the recruit tag.

- Productions is looking for people that are able to stream in HD, they need people that can stream on Xbox 360

- Spirit Week- everyone needs to be ready to have teams for each of the events. Keep working on setting these teams up. It is preferred that the 7â€™s do not participate in this. Possibility of having a GTA 5 race. If there is a tie-breaker there will be a special tie-breaker game.

- Graphics area- if you would like the graphics team to make you a cool signature, make sure to check it out. Remember you must have 45 posts (non-spam) in order to get a signature made. Also graphics team is looking for more members.

- The officers in this squad have been doing a great job. Now it is time to get the SGTs and CPLs involved with the recruiting for them to be eligible to take on a leadership role. Upper Leadership Notes:

-Spirit Week will be starting on June 24th. All divisions need to be getting teams together to compete. An entire list of the events will be available on the forums page sometime this weekend. Anyone that is interested in competing needs to get with their GEN for help getting with the team leaders. In the case of a tie at the end of the week there will be a special event to determine the winner.

-The AAP OTMs are now open on the forums page. If you think someone was doing an outstanding job during the month of May, be sure to go Nominate them on the forums page.

-KSI Scotland 7 will be hosting an AAP workshop on Saturday @ 7:30pm EST for those that wish to learn more about the AAP procedures. It will be held on BO2 or Happy Wars, depending on the number of people that attend.

-GENs and 7s need to make sure they are updating their G14 daily. There is no reason why a G14 should be offline for more than two days.

-All officers must be active on the forums. This means that you must attain your minimum of two posts a week. One of those must be in roll call and at least once in their specific chat.

-The Director Rank has been brought back in Achilles With that our new Director is now KSI Thor 7.

-Congratulate KSI Collector 7 on his new promotion to LW Founder and KSI PaperBag 7 on his promotion to Co-Founder.

LW Notes:

-Officers need to be training at least two people to take over their position in order for them to receive a promotion. Make sure that your replacements know all of the job duties that come with holding your position.

-KSI Collector 7 will now be in charge of the RCT Tag. Hopefully the tag will be checked daily. GENs will also be notified of anyone that is making mistakes within their squad so that it can be dealt with appropriately.

-Promote the Facebook page for LW. It can be found by searching KSI Eternal Souls and Legendary Warriors.

-Make sure that all game Emblems are kept professional. We want to represent KSI as a positive gaming community so keep your emblems clean.

-The lockdown is still in affect. All parties and game lobbies need to be set to invite only. Also if you are approached by a random be sure to check out their profile and friends list to make sure that they are not part of a blacklisted community.

-All of the squads need to be finding ways to motivate their SGTs and CPLs to recruit. In many cases we have squads that are close to splitting and do not have the qualified members to take on an officer role. They need to understand the recruiting process completely before they are eligible.

-KSI PaperBag 7 will be looking over the Samurai, Achilles, and Beowulf squads.

-The website for G14 is strictly for 7s and GENs only. All other members need to stay off of the site

- Sgt and Cpl's need to be recruiting we need people to step up and fill some officer spots but need recruits to do so. We have alot of Sgts whom could to on a ooficer position but dont have to recruits to do so .

-Keep the Shout Out program active. It has proven to be an effective tool in motivating the members of LW, but we haven't been seeing as many messages lately. If you see someone doing a good job, send a shout out recognizing that.
-Spirit Week is closing in fast, starting June 24th. There is a topic on the forums page listing the dates and activities that will be held. GENs make sure u are sending messages out every day to promote Spirit Week.

-Father's Day is this Sunday. All meetings on Sunday will be voluntary or rescheduled.

LW Notes:
-There has been a lot of careless mistakes on the RCT Tag again. Recruiters that continue to make mistakes will start being retrained by GENs or a 7. If the problems keep appearing it may result in a rank suspension as well. It is not that hard to recheck your work before sending a new recruit to the tag. Double check your work and make sure that the person meets ALL requirements for recruitment. Especially the gamerscore (500)and friends (20 non-KSI) requirements.
-Generals must be the ones posting meeting notes. The only exception is if they are training a CPT on how to post the notes to prepare them for a GEN spot.
-Karaoke night this weekend will be streamed on Twitch. If we attain 350 viewers KSI Greg 7, our SNR Director, will be singing "I Feel Like A Woman" by Shania Twain. promote it like crazy so we can get the viewers.
-Commend LW for all the hard work. We have 2 squads looking at splits in the near future. Keep it up.

Squad tags and g14s need to be used 7 days offline is UNACCEPTABLE! Div leaders use your tools to prevent this from happening (Silver tags, Access List, ect.) ALL divsions should have their directors silver tags on all squads, also all 7s in a division need to add the directors silver tags as well.

If any Gens or higher in your division goes on LOA your director needs to know! this is to prevent anyone from losing access and or eventually take a demotion

Meeting Notes are not getting posted again in some division If we have to we will start Rank suspending members again so get them posted

You dont have to get along with everyone in KSI, but dont let that cloud your actions and or Judgements. We are all here to have fun. Never let your issues become your members issue. if you do have issues take it upward not downward to vent throughout your divisions.

Lets make sure Workshops are up and running. Give these members the knowledge that they need. The best way is through these workshops. When we give these notes out to you div leaders in our Wednesday night meeting, it needs to be passed through your entire division. Also, you need to add your own goals and notes to go along with ours. Same goes for your gens during their squad meetings.

Make sure all generals are signing up and applying for the gens section we are missing a good bit in there.

Meeting Notes:

*L.E.A.D. 101 will be starting up again on Monday night 8PM EST. Its a 5 week course and will teach you how to be a better officer for KSI and will teach you things you can use in everyday life as well. Each week will cover a different topic. After the 101 class, you will be prepared for the 201 class which is the 7s version.

*Friday August 21st @‌7PM EST will be a 7s VS Viewers match. Viewers will be KSI members. It will be live streamed on the KSI twitch channel. Contact KSI Starset or KSI Green 7 if your interested.

*All KSI members should show respect to all members AND non members. Just because someone is not in KSI doesant meen they get treated any differently. We are a positive gaming community and we should represent ourselves as such.

*Squads need to work on officers staff. As the squads grow, they should be increasing in officers. You can have 1 of each officer per 25 members. There is not to be more than 2 SSGs per squad. This will eliminate the SSGs from doing the LTs job. All officers should push to fullfill their duties for the betterment of their squad and themselves.

*Make sure all officers are training their replacements. You can not be promoted unless there is someone to fill your roll within the squad.

*Thor 7 has announced that the XBOX1 squad types will be on the forums soon.

*The KSI community is about having fun and not stressing. We need to make sure we are keeping the drama to a minimum and keeping squad issues at a squad level unless absolutely necessary. 7s are a last resort. If a 7 has to get involved, they will stay involved until the resolution of said issue and it may not necessarily be the resolution you intended by bringing them in. They remain unbias and impartial on any decision made and will always do what is in the best interest of KSI, not one individual.

*Keep up the great job recruiting. Make sure to double and triple check before sending a new rct to the squad tag.

*Game nights- Bringing back game nights to Achilles. I will be getting with everyone to put them together.

*Take ownership- This squad belongs to all of us. If we want it to succeed, we all need to do our parts. Make sure any member you rct feels welcomed and takes ownership of the squad. This will give them a better sence of belonging to KSI and motivate them to better the squad and themselves.

Leadership Notes:

Workshops will be happening more often. These workshops are meant to make you all better officers and overall members. Please try to attend as often as possible. The skills and values learned may also be helpful to you in everyday experiences , not just in KSI. Next Tuesday will be a Captains only meeting. The following Tuesday will be LTs only, and the next will be SSGTs only.These rank specific meeting will be on how to be a better officer in your respective positions and offer some perspective on the rolls and duties of the different ranks.

Keep the shout out program going. Make sure your squads members are being recognized for the things they are doing. This will give an overall sence of accomplishment to that member and make them feel like their efforts are not being overlooked.

Never under any circumstance should anyone vent downward. If you have a problem or an issue, make sure you are bringing it UP the proper chain of command.

Make sure all recruits are done properly before sending them to the recruit tag. We have been having too many mistakes being made. Some people dont have mottos and bios, some havent had enough friends, some have been silver tags. These are basic things that should have been cought before they were sent to the rct tag. Nick 7 may be implementing something called Recruit Lock. This will happen when a person has multiple mistakes on the rct tag. They will have to recruit a 7 flawlessly before being cleared to recruit again.

We also need to be training people off the rct tag ASAP. There is limited space and we dont want it to get full.

Everyone should be setting small achievable goals for themselves and their squads. Make sure the goals you set are attainable.

The 5 week long L.E.A.D. classes have started. Week 2 sign up is available on the forums and is for LTs or higher. These classes are first come first served so be sure to sign up early.

Leadership Notes

- Lead 1o1 on tuesday 8pm eastern beacause of the holiday on monday

- Destiney: if any one plays destiney there is going to be many people playing because of the takeing king update try and get recruits while playing

- Call of duty: the new Call of Duty Black Ops 3 comes out in November we need to figure out whos getting it and what platform your getting it for send a message on what platform your getting it on so we can start getting things around for the upcoiming new game

- AAP on the Forums: theres an AAP section on the forums for anyone who doesant know you can go on there and nominate people for awards AAp apps are up until the 14th of september also you can find AAP OTM (of the month) thats were you can nominate one person for the month who has shown great dedication and commitment to KSI that end september 7.

- For anyone who doesant know yet there was an update for the forums that changed a bunch of things it is now different from the one before many different cool things that has changed

- Applications are open for the news team if you have a passion for writeing then you can go on the forums and sign up

- On september 5th there will be a kareoke night for weekend warfare on the 360 at 8pm eastern

- Seven versus viewers is going on right now on the 360 is has started at 7pm eastern standard time

- The Join and Rejoin section on the forums is only for the 7s to post on

- XBOX 1 is great and all but all leaders need to keep a presence on the 360 only becuase most divisions are still on the 360

We had a poaching issue yesterday another community was trying to get one of our members to go to there community this was seen on KIK chat make sure if you see something like this take the member into a private party and make sure he doesant get poached do not wait to see what happens after TAKE ACTION by the way this memebr was poached becuase they did not ajke action like they were suppose to do in the first place

- you do not want to give a 7 an attitude do what they ask because usually its for a good reason so please everyone give all the 7s repsect they deserve

- The 7s went threw alot to get to the spot that they are in they try there hardest to keep everything in order so please give them the respect you would want from someone else

- I canttstress this enoough to you guys please give your leaders the respect that they deserve they do things behind the scenes just so they can keep everything in order and keep things in place so please try your best when your in a party with them and they ask you to do something please do so

- You guys are doing great with recruiting and we did fall short with the recruiting tournament but i will be bringing back the tournament this Wensday but keep recruiting as much as possible i also may exstend the tournaments deadline to two weeks so we have more time to get the recruits on the squad tag
