KSI Moss 8 Posted November 9, 2016 Report Share Posted November 9, 2016 Recruit tag: 2 Squad tag 74+ 4 silver G14 74 Last week goals. ●get our officers to host more meetings ●get our officers tested ●train replacements ●do some recruiting and game nights Did we accomplish these goals? As always we did we got a couple new members transferred in from other squads as well some recruiting as our own. We also got a couple officers tested so Achilles is getting stronger every day. We also removed the last of the fluff. We have hosted plenty of game nights with other divisions as well as doing our own. I have to say that I am proud of my squad and everyone in it that keeps it the the great squad that it is. Next week goals finish testing the rest of the officers that need to be tested get our numbers up and split! This will be our goal till it happens. Did we succeed on accomplish last week’s goals Y/N? If no, then why you didn't. If yes, what did you do to make it successful? 1) Focus train officer staff: -Yes, was able to get with the staff and provide training. (Noted in their file.) 2) Continue recruiting efforts. -Ongoing process, neither successful or unsuccessful. However, weekly squad recruiting goal failed. 3) Increase forums and squad based activities. -Yes. There has been an increase in the forums squad activity as well as participation in gamenights and meetings and workshops. Continue growing the squad and maintain activity. Accomplished: No and yes. Have a couple 360 members still on the tag. Shouldn be long before they are off. Have recruits on the RCT tag so squad should grow by 5 once all are trained off. This week's goals: Start looking to build squad numbers and officer staff. Membership activity has increased steadily with both meeting and gamenight attendance. 2) Encourage members to get active on the forums. a. There was a small increase in forums activity, however I would say goal failed due to continued lack of squad chat interest. 3) Continued efforts to meet the squad minimum recruiting goal. a. Partial success. There have been an increase in recruits being sent to the tag. 4) Continued efforts to get all Hypnos membership active, involved and motivated. a. Success.
