The last squad meeting was when starpower was being groomed for gen. And now that game stepped down there is no 7 helping us to try to get back on our feet. It's something that should have been done a long time ago, before it even reached such results. A squad is at the image of it's members not only it's officers and leaders. If you want it to fail, you let it fail. If you want it to succeed, you do what is necessary. You host gamenights and you advertise it. People will not show up the first few games, but you persevere and stay online for the duration of what the whole gamenight should have been. And you host it again in a few day or next week. Untill people realise your commitment to make it a regular recurrent thing and start joining in. You recruit new players to your squad. These new players will stick by you their recruiter. You get in contact with other KSI XBOX ONE squad and mix your gamenights with theirs when you have a few active members. You messaged these other squads through the forums in their division section. You get on the forums, go to the Generals Meeting Notes topic and get the notes for yourself and spread it to you fellow squad mates To run a squad it takes a few hours a week, some initiative, authenticity, will and autonomy. I am a returning member to KSI, and will be a new member to Genesis DR on the 15, so I am excited to meet everyone and to have new experiences and adventures with everyone. Just a little bit about me so you will know what to expect: I do not talk much, I am quiet and my voice is monotoned and boring(probably annoying) , I don't lie, but I try to be polite, if you want to talk about anything I will try to make myself available maybe either on Xbox, Kik(Fallout3_geck), or messages on here. I don't talk normally, but if a lot of people are talking I probably won't talk. The multiplayer games I currently have are Halo 5, Halo Master Chief Collection, World of Tanks, Smite, COD 1 bc (I love the zombies), and Minecraft.
