There was a couple people that could not connect to happy wars so we moved to an xbox live party. About every 15 seconds, the party would get disconnected or people would be kicked. It cant have any profanity or a 7 at the end. - Promote Social Media - Twitch TV - YouTUBE - Twitter - Facebook - KSI Forums - Let the player know it will take 24 to 48 hours to be accepted to the recruit tag. Once they are accepted, they will get an invite from one of the Squad Leaders - KSI FATHERT1ME or KSI URDONE79. - KSI FATHERT1ME talked about making sure you are having fun and meeting new people. Not everyone can do the technical side of recruiting and thats ok. If you do not feel comfortable bring the recruit to a SGT or the leadership. - KSI URDONE79 echo'd previous points and discussed on how to make it personal when recruiting. - KSI Razor33 brought up if you are in a party and someone comes in starting trouble to just leave make party private and invite the KSI members to the new room. - Keep in mind, once you change your name to reflect KSI, then you are a respresentive of the community and you need to set the standard. Each Question and answer was discussed in detail. It went really well and I think everyone learned a lot by being activly involved in the meeting. . What are the social media outlets that we in KSI have at our disposal? - Twitch TV - YouTUBE - Twitter - Facebook - KSI Forums What are the proper security checks you should perform before recruitment? Minimum of 500 gamer score, minimum of 20 friends( No Black listed or DNHed friends), must have a mic, be atleast 15 yrs of age, and have Destiny. Went over the COC and impressed number 2 and 7. After going over the COC, what is the next step? Add KSI Hannibal LW RCT to their motto and Recruited by:(your gamer tag) (todays Date) to the BIO What is the next step after the Motto and Bio are done? Have them change their privacy settings. (Profile View and profile Share set to Everyone, friends list set to friends only, game activity and online status set to everyone.) Let them know that when they save and exit, they will be knocked out of the party and brought back in. If they dont automatically come back that you will send them an invite. Whats the next step after privacy settings? Let them know you are going to remove them from your friends list just to make sure their settings are correctand you will add them back when you are done.(Cant see their friends list but can see their motto and bio) What do you do after you make sure that their settings are correct? Have your new RCT send a friend request to the Recruit tag(KSI LW RECRUIT) What do you do after you have your new recruit send a friend request to the recruit tag? Send out a mass message to all the KSI members on your friends list and ask them to make him/her feel welcome or to welcome them in. Be sure to remember to tell your rcts that they will more than likely be contacted by a member of KSI that they may not recognize to do their training once they are accepted to the rct tag. If they get an invite from a member with KSI in front of their name, they should accept it because its most likely for training. Notify EVERY new rct that our Workshops are on Wednesday 8pm EST and our Squad meetings are on Sunday 8pm EST and both are held on a game called Happy Wars. Its a free download in the XBox Live Arcade. Be sure to download it before the next meeting comes up. Had a lot of fun throwing ideas around and cutting up with one another. (Quality Recruits) Asked that people start recruiting more to grow our squad to be the best in KSI. Addressed how to handle situations as a SGT and SSG. Be sure to go over the chain of command and explain the importance of a 7. Let them know a 7 got where he or she is by going above and beyond what was expected of them for KSI and earned the 7. Be sure to give them the courtesy they deserve. Explaine the squad rank structure and who holds the officers positions. Be sure to do the security checks before offering recruitment. ( Had Alley tell me the security checks) Went over a few good places to recruit and got squad feedback and ideas on the matter. Be sure to have fun. Thats what we are here for.
