How to get recruits, go into an online lobby and talk to others in the lobby. See how they work as a team and how they are handling theirselves. You can either send out a mass message, or if there are a couple people you see that have you interested, send them a message. Play with them in a few lobbies and get to know them. If they want to join then pull them into a party, this is so you can be just the two of you talking and you can hear them clearly as well as they can hear you. Perfom a secruity check. When Asking for their birthday make sure its in a party, ask the month/day/year.(must be 15 or older) Check to see if they have a 500 gamer score, a mic, and check their friends list for other clans. Once everything checks out go over the code of conduct, then on to Motto/ BIO. Motto should read: KSI SAMURAI LW RCT Bio should read: Recruited by ( your gamertag) (date) * MAKE SURE ALL SPELLING IS CORRECT Next move on to privacy setting, make sure you are not friends or have a friend request pending, so you can make sure the setting are correct. Also warn them they may lag out once saving these settings and if they do not come directly back in you will invite them. Once all of that is saved and correct. Have them add the recruit tag. KSI LW RECRUIT. Go Over blacklisted/ secruity risk communites. Tell them about all squad meetings. Ask if they have any questions and welcome them to KSI . Next send out a mass message to welcome your new recruit - Next we went over rank structure from Staff Sergeant to Chief Of Executive. - Everyone should be in the mindset that " everyone is replaceable" - Everyone needs to know the s.o.p for their rank and 2 above. - Went over the process of getting cleared to recruit on your own - Want to see everyone putting in 100% , and if wanting to be an officer in the future, want to see the work,know the information, and be a leader. - Make sure everyone is training their replacements. No one can move up without having someone take their spot. - I want to see everyone making a forums account. All the info we go over in meetings is on the forums, plus a lot of other great stuff. - Went over the the meaning of inactive fluff, and active fluff - Goals of the squad: Get 3 recruits by the end of the weekend, and get 5 or more next week. Wanting to see the squad spilt by the 1st week of December. - Had everyone set a short term goal for one week. -Then we had a q&a gamenight. This is so it doesnt sound like you are unsure of the info you are putting out. -Make sure you are sure of the info all throughout the process and also while explaining the rules of the code of conduct. ( sound upbeat,excited,confident, should not sound mono-toned, or like your reading directly from a script.) -When doing the security check while they are in the party, don't tell them what you are doing. In that time just hold a conversation while you are running the security check. Talk about KSI history, what KSI Stands for,etc., or just carry a conversation until you are completely with the security check. People who are cleared to recruit get with those who are not and go recruiting in groups. - Process for getting cleared to recruit: Must attend 2 workshops, find a recruit & take it in front of a LT or Higher, the officer will recruit that person in front of you. Next: Find another recruit & take it in front of a LT or Higher and you will recruit that person in front of the officer. If the officer feels you can recruit on your own they will clear you. If the officer feels there on some things you should work on they will tell you so after the recruiting is done, work on those things and then when ready take another recruit in front of a LT or higher to try again. Once you are cleared to recruit you will put in your bio: Cleared to Recruit by: (gamertag)(date) - There will be no workshops or "official" gamenights( Thursday,Friday and Saturday), the only thing that will be going on is the TURKEY BOWL;.Friday, November 27th and Saturday, November 28th there will be a group of tournaments for the members of KSI!Starting on Friday there will be two Free-for-Alls on Xbox ONE at 7:30 pm EST, one will be on Call of Duty Black Ops 3, and the other on Halo 5! (Both FFAs happen at the same time so you may ONLY sign up for one!)The following night on Saturday there will be two 3v3s on Xbox 360 at 7:30 pm EST, one will be on Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, and the other on Halo 4! Send out a mass message asking anyone if they would like to join KSI. OR, If you see a one person, or even, a couple people in the lobby that seem like a good fit send them a message. “ Hey i seen how well you work as a team, would you be interested in joining KSI” If they reply and are interest immediately get them into a party. You get them into a lobby so you can personally hear their responses to the questions to determine if they are lying. -Next Do your secruity Check - Ask for their birthday ( month,date and year) they must be 15 at the time of recruiting Check their friends list for any secruity risk/blacklisted communities ( DHG, J2H, ATR, RGN, NBD), & MUST have atleast 20 friends ( ksi friends do not count), If they have any other gaming communties or clans ( that are not on the list above), they must not have more than 3. If they do please ask them to delete them or they will not be accepted to the recruit tag. They must have a gamer score of 500 or more Note: When doing the secruity check you do not have to tell them what you are doing, just hold a convo as you are going through and checking everything START FULL RECRUITING PROCESS Tell them what KSI stands for ( Knowledge Strength Integrity) Tell them you will now go over the KSI Code of Conduct: 1.Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. 2.KSI does not tolerate discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, any member of KSI in any situation. 3.Leaders within KSI are responsible for: the organization of all squad matches and practices, posting match scores, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members. 4.A KSI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER KSI MEMBER BEHIND. 5.All members have an "Open Door Policy" to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas.
