GRM is back on our blacklist . I made sure that all of my members if they had any GRM members to make sure that they delete them. I clarified that there was a bit of confusion in last weeks message about the other blacklisted members. They themselves aren't black listed, but they joined a black listed community so therefore they need to be removed. If you see any members that have change their gamertag to GRM or add any of the GRM let the 7's know. I said that in the meeting that we need to host more gamenights to increase activity within the squad and within LW. I told the members that weekend warfare will be this weekend, January 16, 2015 on the xbox one with a GTA 5 muscle car show. It will be 8PM EST. KSI Scotland 7 is hosting AAP Workshops. Make sure everyone is using the chain of command properly if you don't you're denying someone of the experience to handle the situations. Productions and the News team are looking for new members. The recruit tag is getting a lot of mistakes. Make sure that all the recruits are in proper uniform. Consequences will occur if you keep messing up with recruiting. If you need help come to KSI Mamab34r SSGT all the way up are are the standing platform for the general. Make sure the other officers within the squad are helping out the General. I told the officers that they need to make promoting sound more interesting so like for an example "Oh my goodness yo! Our main focus was Communication. There has been a lot of talking behind peoples back and being unprofessional in and out of lobbies. We went over how we all need to work on the communication because that is the key point on what unites us together. SSGT on up need to be respected at all time we are here to help. That all us has a job in this squad. We need to be more professional in and out of games. talk to each other not yell or make each other feel low about our self. If you are interested in writing or have a capture card you can apply in their respective areas on the forums Spirit Week: During Spirit Week we encourage all divisions to find teams without 7’s participation. There will be some surprises for the 7’s during Spirit Week, but remember unless it is a last resort we prefer teams consist of members at the squad level. Teams for Spirit Week will be: 3 man team on Halo Reach (360 & Xb1), 4-man team for Halo 5, 4-man team for BO2 (It’s possible that this might be changed to BO1 since it is backwards compatible). No weekly update this week Weekend Warfare: Saturday May 28th will be a Rocket League “Snow Day” 2v2 tournament. If you are interested sign up in the T&E section on the forums 5th Annual Spirit Week Videos: The winning video will be shown throughout Spirit Week to promote the event. It will also be posted on the YouTube channel. All videos will be posted on the YouTube channel; however they all might not be shown on the live stream during the events. There were a few bumps during the way but all in all it was an awesome turn out and a whole lot of fun! Every division participated in some way or form which was awesome. Back to the grind Now that spirit week is over its time to get back out to the grind and get things moving in your division again. All they do is lead to more issues down the road. If you have a memeber that gets butthurt about something all your doing is creating a fast means for them to relay there issue to everyone and then watch a chat pick sides. Let's get away from as many kik chats as possible. Tolerance A key important aspect here in ksi is tolerating other people and learning to work with them on a professional level when you have to. You will not always like peers around you but it is imperative that you still act civil around them epically in the company of others. Squashing issues It's important to not keep things bottled up until you explode. I'd you don't agree with someone of some thing said confront them in a professional matter. It is okay to reach out to a higher rank if you don't feel comfortable to sit in and mediate the conversation but it is very important to make sure you address issues as they come up so that they do not build up and cause a tear in your squad or division. It shouldnt have to be said but lets ensure we follow chain of command. No one should have been going to directly to ascend before hand and deff should not be now -Recruit tag: officers please ensure you are double checking yourselves on a few things, A. That the members are deleting the tag after being trained up B. That they are ACCEPTED first before being trained up This is the LAST warning about b. That poses a secruity threat here in LW. If it happens anymore the officer to do so will be rank suspended. Also we have said it before if they have a community in there gamertag they need sent to the join section. - Lw members who are now on T&E will be holding a small tournament here kn LW. Once i get all of the details i will make sure everyone has them. - i want to see all swuad set up one joint gamenight within the next week. This will help alot with communicsting and breaking people out of the norm - Leonidas is now a UK squad so please spread the word so we can move the uk members over there . Hannibal has also switchted to MW3 so spread the word about that any members who would like to transfer there please contact KSI xFatality 7 Communication is lacking majorly here in LW. Generals should be getting with no only there officers (besides meeting days) but also with other generals. This can help bring in new ideas, solve any issues between squads and improve the overall running of the division. geti am very proud of everyone here in LW. There are many many great leaders ewithin this division and i see alot of potential/future 7s here. There are going to be more spots open in the near future and i am very excited to see everyone grt their chance to shine. Hypnos Notes: Harassment and bullying: I have recieve reports from multiple people about others. This will not be tolerates in Hypnos, and is not allowed in KSI. KSI is meant to be a place on xbox where you can play, have fun, and be safe without worrying about bullies. Activity: Activity has been very low lately, I understand that Hypnos has been without a general fot about a month, but I am the new general, and there will be gamenights every night. If you miss lots of people going to gamenights, than come to gamenights and invite people Recruiting: Recruiting has been low lately, so I am hosting a 2 month long recruiting tournament. Who ever grts the most recruits in the next 2 months will get 50 bucks HeadHunters: tryouts are tomorrow at 8pm est on Bo2 Officers: We currently have many officer positions open, so if you would like to be an officer please speak to KSI Change 7 Playing: everyone this is a gaming community, yes I would like to see more people at gamenights, but what is more important is that we play as a group as friends when we get online. New directors assignments: ascend is over LW, DR, ES Thor is over LS,EO,WI collector is over DL,TI,MP, Mpliers is over DM,FI,HD,IK,.. Div level notes: teamwork is key- let's make sure everyone is working together to make squads and divisions running smoothly. We need to work together with the squads that have no gens when needed. We need to host meetings for people that need to go to meetings, and when people don't have time to host meetings. Try to rebuild squads quicker, not slower. Recruit tag: many recruits need to be trained off. Make sure we are getting them off in a timely manner. Nobody should wait weeks to get trained off. Need to make sure when recruiting, see if there are multiple clan gamertags on there friends list. Make sure officers are making sure about this. Muddy is on LOA. Anything that needs to be answered try to go to your co founder. Bush is back from loa, Phil has a mic now, if anybody needs something tested cofounders are now available. More forum activity! Need more activity going on on the forums. There should be no reason for complications between chat box, activities, communication, and or Starting new topics. Idea: during the training process, teach pvts how to use the forums with a tutorial. Possibly making a workshop for tutorials during the forums. Try to get members involved in king of the hill and other activities on the forums, time to push for the forums. If sgts want to be ssgts get them to post roll calls and such. Fun is key. KSI isn't about who's better then who, it's about kicking back and having fun.find a way to not always be a a bad guy. Make sure to nominate "of the month" awards on the forums.
