Shout Out to KSI Forced Induction! Even though its one of the busiest times of year FI is rocking the recruits in like crazy! Very proud of my KSI fam especially FI! Keep it Rocking! 

Congrats to all of the FI promotions as well. Lots of people moving up in the ranks all throughout (too many to mention).  

Thank you also to all of the different FI troops who blessed our Monday night "Game Night" with your attendance! You all helped us keep two,12 person lobbies packed for over 4 hours. you are all a blessing to Octane and we love our KSI family!!!!

Game night: Thank you Octane squad for showing up for game night this Monday. We packed 2 lobbies full for over 4 hours and had several come and go...and come back again for more. 

Octane you are an awesome squad and i'm proud to be a part of this family. You all are reflecting KSI the Octane way. Keep representing us well and upholding the Code of Conduct and also helping each other grow stronger. Keep up the good work and keep posting in the forums.  What you put into KSI you will get out of KSI.

Hello KSI and especially OCTANE. WOW !!!!!!!  It has been a minute since I have been able to get onto the forums. But what do I see when I get here? Again WOW !!!!!!

I realize I have told all of you this but i am gonna say it again. Octane, each and everyone of you, are a beacon of light that shines into a darkness and lights the way for many others. That light has lifted me into the position that I am in and hopefully more. I shine because of the work and effort and fo the amount of heart you all put into this squad and KSI. I cant start to even think of were I might be if it wasnt for the people I have backing me. I couldn't be any prouder of each and every one of you than what I am, yet everyday you show me that I can. I truly dont have the words to say to you all to express what it means to me to be your leader and most importantly your friend. You are truly family in my eyes and as such I know that we can and will conquer any challenges that may arise in the future. You all have built an unstoppable force called Octane. Octane stands out amongst the rest in my eyes as a driving force in change. The way you get behind not only me and my ideas, but your fellow squad members and their ideas as well. That in itself has made Octane a leader of squads and brought many squads in to follow. Always remember that it was each one of you that made this possible. Again thank you so much for allowing me to be your leader and to be apart of something amazing and is only going to get better as we go. WOW !!!!! and to think, we are just getting started.....

Now to the leaders of FI,

  I would like to thank you for the opportunity you all have given me, and this amazing squad you have let me lead.  They are without a doubt the greatest  group of talented and caring ladies and gentlemen you could ever meet. I truly hope that in my time I dont fail them or you and disappoint anyone.  I feel like as a division we let our leaders down by not getting in and supporting you all as we should have. Azrael, you have become a great friend and a inspiration to my desire to advance myself in KSI, as so to further be able to possibly contribute to making it the best it can be.  Swagg, your bits of wisdom and moral boosters that you take the time to write and send out to our KSI family showed me how much of an impact kind words and a hand up can make to so many people. You, my friend, have impacted so many in so many ways, changing peoples lives for the better. That is something to be so very proud of. I hope that in what I have learned from it, I am able to do the same. Lez Kat, I dont know how to say what I feel about our friendship. When I first met you, it was a meeting that I had planned on informing you that I was done with KSI. Things were bad and it didnt seem as if anyone cared about Octane or what was happening to it.  You stayed and talk to me for hours, and in that long talk, you said not to quit that together we could pull off an amazing comeback. You weren't ready to give up and that I shouldn't be either. You sparked a fire within me that night that turned into a burning passion. It was no longer about me, but about Octane and its members. Failing and quitting were no longer options, only success. Look were we are today. Thank you for not letting me give up or quit and showing me I could become more. To all the other leaders in FI, I want to thank you as well, for without you there would be no KSI. I hope that this thank you leaves you knowing that when I say Octane will not fail you again, you know and understand that I truly mean it. Again THANK YOU all so very much for your work and effort you put into each of us. You already know that what you do for us does not go unnoticed. Still yet, I wanted to let you know, this is one persons life that you have changed for the better and I will never forget any of you for that.....

Shoutout to my good friend AtomicKwon for getting his son to be a future KSI member! I really enjoyed playing with him and his son! I want to also give a shoutout to ChiefZay25 for ranking up so fast and taking on bigger responsibilities. Another person deserving a shoutout would be FithAce73 and his wife. They put so much hard work into this team and make me feel really welcomed. Lastly, a shoutout to all the people recruiting new people. I have been busy lately, so I appreciate it when others are helping out with recruitments.

Octane and FI are a new family to me and I want to be a part of this community for a while.

I'd like to give a shout out to KSI CheifZay25 for recruiting me 3 weeks ago. I never thought I'd ever join a community cause I was never really a people person but joining KSI turned that around. It seems like everyday i meet a new person and I'm loving the KSI family. Thank you so much KSI CheifZay25 for bringing me into the best family one could ever have. I've been having such a blast every night since then and I wouldn't be where i am without you. Thank you very much.

Okay, this will be lengthy, so bear with me. Or scroll down to the TL;DR, since that sums it all up quite well.

First off, I want to give a huge shout out to KSI Avalanch3 for being the greatest Gen that Hybrid has served beneath since I joined KSI way back in June/July 2015, without him, I'd have left KSI a long time ago but he did what was necessary to give me back my fire, drive and determination to grow and succeed within this great community.

Another shout out goes to KSI Unicron 7, KSI Azrael 7 and KSI MFL Swagg 7 for their leadership and guidance to FI as a whole through my time in KSI, I've yet to be exposed to the other 7's of FI, but they are not forgotten in this shout, guys, just keep doing what you're doing, your patience with such an unruly bunch is an inspiration to myself, and, I'm sure, all of FI.

Velocity also get a shout out, for reaching the numbers necessary to split, I wish them all the best going forwards, and their splinter squad will surely be just as successful.

In the same vein, Hybrid deserve a shout out for reaching that same milestone, I know for a fact that we can reach this goal once more, and we'll do so in tandem with out splinter squad, both Squads will move forward with fantastic Generals and an amazing officer base, the only way is up.

TL;DR?

KSI Avalanch3, the FI 7's, and the Velocity and Hybrid squads are the business, big up to you all!

Shoutout to Warrior Ace for all the recent recruits. My inbox has been filling with all the recruits. I also want to say Welcome to all the recruits! There just have been sooo many that I am taking this route to welcome you all. I can't leave out all of you who also have been recruiting because I don't want to single anyone out. Every buddy deserves a shoutout!  Lastly, I wanna give Vayaqui and Warrior Ace a shoutout for hosting Team Tactical Tryouts. I know it might be not as fun to take notes, but you both are stepping up and taking on bigger responsibilities and I am grateful for it. I hope to get up in the ranks soon myself, so I may have to come to you two and of course Atomic, Chief, and Fith for some help/guidance. If I left out anyone, I am sorry. We were graced with the presence of KSI MFLSwagg 7 & KSI Unicorn 7 for a few games in gamenight. Too bad KSI Azrael 7 was too chicken to join the fun, but the rest of us had a blast.

Yes it is I here to boast and brag on my Squad.......OCTANE YOU ARE FREAKING AWSOME......

We started out our game night at the usual time of 8est and it was going good with a full lobby and people waiting to jump in at any chance they got. (someone leaves and instantly a new name would appear in their place). Then behold our beloved FI Founder, KSI MFLSwagg 7, and Co-Founder, KSI Unicron 7, decide to come and play a few games with us. Also joining us was newest Gen in FI KSI IOWAGRUB. (A special thank you for those that graciously dropped out in order to make room for them, I thank you with all that I am. That was true grace and hospitality.) After a few games and they had enough beat down lol we were back to normal with our usual full lobby. Now of course people came and went here and there but never really had less that 10 at any given moment and never for more than just a minute or two.....I really do believe that at some point or another we truly had a majority of Octanes members join in. It was wonderful to see everyone come and play and get along the way you did. I am TRULY PROUD and nevermore so of EVEYONE in our squad for the example we set last night.....Anyways, I look at the clock and see that it's 4am est and decide maybe its time to start winding it down....OH no that cant happen. Soooooo finally at 5:30am est I let everyone know that I am done. They win.....With 10 or 11 people still in lobby I must end game night. I was not happy I had to do so but never the less I did......SO YEA NOW I'M BRAGGING A BIT ON OCTANE lol WTG guys and gals.......

and a special thanks to KSI ChiefZay25 who was in with me from the first game to the last game and never left the lobby. Thank you for your support.....

I didn't know if this fit better in FI chat or here so I figured I'd do like everyone else and put it in both lol! Plus I meant to post this about 6 days ago but have been busy & it wasn’t the easiest thing to write.

The 19th was my 6 month anniversary in KSI, and I want to say Thank You.

I've met some really great friends here -  some that are in leadership, some that don't care to be more than Corporal, who have become people who I consider now close friends outside of KSI too &can call anytime I need to (&vice versa). I've also met some jerks - some in leadership, some as recruits, who many are still jerks, but many have earned back my respect.

I also have lost a small part of me while here. Carbon's Lt KSI AussieEli18 was my 1st referral/recruit (I was too new to recruit). We had been friends on Xbox for awhile. He came in right at the Carbon split, but I split to Octane, he stayed in Carbon. We still grew closer thru KSI. I remember when we got the news of the wreck, I had just ended a gamenight at around 430 am CST & found out seconds before I was shutting off Xbox. 4 of us joined a lobby & ended up setting there in near silence til well after daylight. The support KSI (not just FI) shown Octane & Carbon, his family, & me is still breathtaking when I even think about it. I never would've or could've imagined all the messages I got from members I didn't even know in leadership & officers of other divisions, letting me know they had heard and their family would continue to keep Aussie's family & me in their thoughts & prayers now. Telling his little brother about all the messages & support was the most heart-aching wonderful priceless privilege I could ever have. And it wouldn't have been even possible without KSI

Through finding true friends, losing others, & finding the not-so-friendly, these past 6months have been a time very influential and that I'm proud of. FI has accepted not only me, but also my wife when replacing me, just as the same, and have given her the same respect & trust as you've bestowed on me - a gratitude which words couldn't even express. I'm 42yrs old and seldom does someone my age get to be adopted into a big caring family, but we were that lucky enough. I want to say Thank You KSI, Thank You for allowing me be a part of your family for the past 6months, and Thank You for the next 6months to come!
