Big shout out to everyone who attended the tactical team tryouts monday and tuesday, i know i saw alot of you at both and it was truely great and awe-inspiring to see so many who are so dedicated to their squad and whom are willing to give their personal time to be apart of something positive that we have created through determination and hardwork, also a shout out to all those who attend our usual monday and friday game nights alot of people are busy in their day to day lives so to see so many regulars and new visitors is a phenomenal feat and i commend and thank all those who make a point to come and be apart of the fun atmosphere that we do our best at maintaining and hope to see more new faces in the future!

Shoutout to everyone who attended fridays game night! we had a few members from Xenon's TI division stop by and i know they all had a great time with nearly both lobbies running until the early hours of the morning, its awesome to see so many from our squad as well who dedicate time to make a showing and participate, also considering all the conflicting personalities that some of us have when we all get together which is completely normal, but to be able to set aside differences in opinion and personality and make something positive out of it takes strong character (It takes skill to be real with each other) which we have seen a lot of lately and its truly inspirational seeing so many make an effort to either rebuild their bridges or set aside differences as its in all of our best interest to keep pure what we have all worked so hard to build.

SHOUTOUT to Firebird Cpt @KSI Kilo/Vort3x(Vortex)

He has had a controversial past on Xbox at times, but since deciding to get an Xbox 1 & transferring squads/consoles, he has really put his best foot forward. He had went through something early in the year that NOBODY his age should have to, yet he's still trudging forward & learning along the way. 6 weeks ago many would've not expected Vortex to be the same kid we are proud to see trying to be mature & use self control/ tolerance now,.Lately, even when in amid less-than-favorable atmospheres, topped by the extra unordinary devastational weight that hes had to constantly go thru this year in 'real life', he has still done awesome about thinking before he acts/speaks - sometimes turning the other cheek, sometimes just leaving the situation. Most importantly he has been willing to give forgiveness to others. He has let the great, big hearted lovable guy show & for turning over a new leaf like he has, @KSI Kilo/Vort3x deserves a thumbs up.

Shoutout to AtomicKwon and ChiefZay for making me feel welcomed again after being away for a little while. I know I didn't play long, but I still enjoyed the usual banter we have together and the fun conversations we have! Can't wait until Friday to hopefully play again....(I am still going to try and play everyday)

I think you deserve it for how much work you and your wife do! I can't believe that you are already top of the pop. contributors for weekly, monthly, 3rd in yearly, and should be close to 3rd in all time! That is super impressive. It motivates me to one day reach the feats of the name FithAce! Can't wait to get on xbox again to game it up with you and your wife. I also can't wait to keep learning new things from both of you, even if they are indirect.
