Hey guys this SGT needs a huge shoutout to KSI BLUEAlvacado I gave  him some tough love the other night and pointing  a couple of things out that was not good but instead of taking it the wrong way he took the mature way and address it and has decide to be the leader that I know he can be . Thanks for being my friend and my brother in KSI.

this gentleman deserves a huge shoutout as well KSI WARRIOR ACE  has  but in so many hour doing captain work and gen work while are gen was on LOA the matrueity he has is amazing and I have no doubt he will be a great gen some day and a great leader that he already is thanks so much for what you do

!~SHOUT OUT'S~!

1. KSI TrubleMaker (SGT) for helping out in any way that she can and wanting to expand her knowledge of recruiting by sitting in on KSI Kodiak's recruit that had to be sent to the forums. Also, for he offering her time to help anyone with any personal or impersonal matter that comes up. These are leadership skills that you have just shown, I hope you know that.

2. KSI Vayaqui (SSGT) for helping me with Head Hunters and Tac Team and helping enforce rules during game nights as well as within meeting while other people had the floor. He as well has been showing leadership qualities by offering help and trying to get everyone active again. It is not an easy task but I believe he can pull it off!

3. KSI BlueAvocado (SGT) for always showing up for all of the squad and team meetings, game nights, tac team and head hunters practice and always asking how he can get involved and help. From the day he joined KSI he has been wanting to get involved, get active, and to work towards leadership. and over these past few weeks he has picked up his activity on the forums and has influenced others to as well. He was recently about to transfer out of Octane to Diesel to help them with recruits, but Rule #4 he didn't leave us behind. He is a Hoss! Keep it up dude and just try and get involved where you can. Ask around, there is plenty to do. \m/(^_^)\m/

4. KSI xRising Tied (2LT) for being my right hand man these past few weeks and helping me with tons. He shows leadership by  hosting game nights every week, helping with recruiting for those who dont know how or are confused, and by attending all the meetings and adding anything that I may have missed. You're awesome dude!

5. KSI FithAce 7 (FOUNDER) for always showing maturity and professionalism in anything and everything that he does. And for helping me get people to the meeting when they weren't attending, for always hosting our weekly game night, and for always being there to talk to about anything. I can't tell you how many times I have came to him with questions, but he always seems to answer them, even when its not exactly the answer you were hoping for. He is a FOUNDER for a reason, but for some odd reason, he never stopped wanting to be a GEN. Love ya bud!

6. KSI Kodiak (SGT) for helping me during tac team and head hunters and for always learning what I give to learn. He is a little sponge haha. But he has been motivated to be involved since he joined KSI and he is showing that now. Slowly but surely. Its okay buddy, slow and steady wins the race, even though I don't know what race you're in... Keep it up bud!

7. KSI AtomicKwon(GEN) for being there for his squad even when he wasn't anywhere to be seen lol. He recently took a mini loa to spend time with his family and will be returning shortly. But even though he was gone, he asked that we all try and keep in up-to-date with everything that has happened and is going on within the squad and how many recruits we are getting weekly. He is a leader to us all and shows it every day! Keep it up bud and Rock'n Roll! \m/(^_^)\m/

(I made this post to open everyone's eyes. There are members that may have just came in or have been in for a while and the ones listed and the ones wanting to be noticed. For those of you (PVT'S, CPL'S, SGT'S, SSGT'S) that want to be leaders, show it. I wanna see you guys blow the roof off this place like we did when Atomic wasn't on LOA. So this is a shoutout for all of my SSG's and above, it may become a tad bit long, but is well worth it to put how I feel into words. 

So upon becoming GEN of IGNITE i was in complete despair, stressed, and to be honest a little lost. From the moment that I told my squad that I was thier new Gen and even after watching people fall out of IGNITE these few members have stepped up and faced every single dang challenge thrown our way. They have earned thier ranks, have earned my respect and whom I have come to call my friends and family. 

Without thier support and thier strength I fear ignite might have not been what it is today. I owe it all to them, for its not me who should claim credit for all the hard work and hours they have put into IGNITE, but rather let them shine. 

I have put my faith into these guys and they have not let me down. No matter how hard the task is they have put 110% into everything and have always accomplished anything I have asked of them.

I have put my trust in them and it has not waivered once to this day. I know that when I'm offline and busy that whatever pops up they can and do handle it with calm, collected heads, they set the standard for the rest of the members to follow. They are without a doubt and with certainty future leaders within KSI.

I could not have asked for a better squad than the one I currently have. More so I could not have asked for better SSG's, LT's or CPT's than I have right now. Y'all make it worth staying in KSI. Y'all couldn't possibly make me prouder of you than I am now. I just want to let y'all know this, on a personal level that I honestly mean it when I say that I have the best officer's within KSI and without a doubt in my mind the best squad within KSI. This I not because of me it is because of you, every single one of you. 

As I always say "for the love of god" please continue doing what you do and nobody can even compare to y'all.

I love him so much. He always makes me happy no matter what mood I'm in. So I would highly recommend if yall could take some time out of your hands and get to know him the way I do. Shout out to my main man AtomicKwon. He has been there for me since day one.... seeing as he recruited me. This man is one of my favorite role models that I have met in my life. He has so much knowledge, is so helpful, and has some funny moments. He can sit there for hours talking to you about almost anything. If you need someone to talk to, he is your man. He does all of this and also deals with so much in his life outside of KSI. I don't know how he does it, but someday I hope he can teach me his ways and I can reach the point that he is at. He is the definition of KSI. He is so knowledgeable, has so much strength, and has so much integrity! He has helped me in my life more than he probably knows and I am glad I can come and talk to him when I need to. I love that he just wants to see everyone succeed and rise up. Sometimes I just wish he wasn't that far away, just so I could come visit him and his family... Only if he would allow it. I want to keep seeing him be himself and I want to watch him grow in the ranks as well. There is so much more on my mind I could say about this wonderful role model, but it is currently 5:56 a.m. right now and I am so tired. I am sure you all have seen this from him, and I hope everyone does or tries to appreciate what he does for all of us. That being said, everyone have a great day, and maybe see some of you at game night!

Hey all, I just wanna say that I am back from having no internet!!!! Can't wait to get on and play with you all and start training, recruiting, leading, and all that fun stuff! I know I have been gone for a bit, but it seems like you all took control and kept it alive while I was gone and I appreciate it.
