This topic will teach you how to over come this. 1. Define your problem. Ask your leaders on feedback of what the issue is. 2. Design a plan of action 3. Execute the plan of action 4. Seek feedback from a 3rd party personnel such as a captain or major. 5. Execute any nessessary adjustments 6. Lastly seek feedback from your leaders 7. Repeat this if things didnt go as planned HINT: SEEK A MENTOR TO HELP YOU WITH THIS Please use this tool. I trust everyone to use common sence when designing your plan of action.
