XGN Zannah 7 205
Some squads in our division, like mine, do not allow Corporals to recruit themselves, they must refer the recruit to a Sergeant for the process to take place. The Corporal is then listed as having (X) Number of Referrals. I like this system a lot.good idea dawg
 Awards

KSI DARKSID3 7 9
but when corporals are able it shows who is willing to do work early for me it was a perfect tracking system
 Awards
Lafayette 7 419
but when corporals are able it shows who is willing to do work early for me it was a perfect tracking system There is no "But" to it. You did what you did for your squad, in your division, with your leaders, with your officers, and that is what worked for you. What i do with my squad is not going to change, as it has been like this for 3 months and works perfectly this way.
 Awards 2
