TOOONNNSSS Here's a lil tip I posted in a different division: It really helps to have another positive KSI member in the party as you're recruiting. This person can help make sure you don't skip any steps, explain all the points, and keep the potential recruit motivated as you proceed forward. I'm usually playing with a group of KSI members. Almost everytime I game with others, I get messages from folks in the lobby or they speak up and say "pick me up" after talking with them and/or kicking their butt. Scoop them up, give em a quick shpeel about KSI. You've gamed with us, see what we're about, join already lol. It's like clockwork. Keep trying. Keep recruiting. Eventually it becomes unbelievably easy to do so. KSI sells itself, just let these guys know that there's more to KSI than just a maxed out friend's list to play with. We have a productions team; multiple ksi youtube channels that have crazy KSI content News Team that write articles on upcomming events and games T&E Ran by KiKi 7 with all sorts of good stuff. Competitions every weekend on weekendwarfare AAP - forum award system to officially recognize members for the rest of the community to see GFX - awesome and very talented Graphics Team who can help with forum signature requests ASC - Academic Support Center to help with homework or understanding school concepts (for practically all classes & edu levels) Forums - Great medium of communication with all sorts of information about KSI and the going's on in here Facebook - we have our own facebook page and this division does too! twitch.tv/ksilive - live streaming updates weekly (other KSI members stream games as well) We have A LOT going for us. With 5700+ members currently, you're bound to find a friend or 2 with the similar interests. If you mention these to your recruits after telling them what we're about & what to expect, you'll surely lock them on. Second I wanna Congratulate everyone in KSI for their Promotions. I understand that many of u SGTs have been here for a while and wanna be a LT or higher, but there's only 4 LTs and ur time WILL come! I can assure u of that. Another really effective way to be eligible for a LT position, SHADOW SOMEONE WHO IS A LT!!!! I cant stress that enough.if u see someone who is, not just a good LT, but an Amazing LT, follow His/Her footsteps and u will be just as good Third, KSI Dead space IS BLACKLISTED!!!!! He is in Bill's KSI and any contact with him or any of the following Clans will result in anywhere from a rank suspension, to a Blacklist yourself!! LOD, SOD, J2H, FYC, HFA, KSI Darth Sidious (AKA Bill's KSI) or KOS ARE ALL BLACKLISTED!!! and Finally, I LOVE U KSI <3 LH OUT!!!!
