Game nights are pretty good but I'd like to see them better. By that I mean I don't want to see the same people hosting them every day or every week. It should be different people all of the time. If you know there is a member isn't so active, try to get him more involved in squad activities.

Recruiting should be better. The only one actually recruiting is Red eyes and that's not okay. I should see new recruits everyday by different people. Some people will say they aren't good or know how to recruit. Well, go to a recruiting workshop or talk to any officer for help.

In my squad, I'm true to my word. I promise you, if you work hard, do what you're told, and exceed my expectations and go above and beyond to help this squad become better, you will be moved up. For my CPLS, if I see you working really hard, hosting and going to game nights and recruiting, ill get you some points so we can move you up. The harder you work, the further you'll go. I'm not going to hesitate demoting people if I have to. This squad will be doing better.

So our Goal is 50. We can do that. We need to be having recruiting lobbies and workshops. It makes our squad so much more fun and I say OUR squad because most of you were with me when we started conquest not too long ago. We started conquest together with our hard work and recruiting when we were Solace GZ. Lets outdo ourselves with conquest.

If we get to 50, we will be starting up teams. If you want a swat team, regicide team, griffball team, BTB team, or whatever, get some recruits. Once we get to 50, all of the fun stuff will happen I promise. We can have more tournaments, fun teams, squad battles, all that good stuff. We just need to get to 50. We can do that.

There are so many of you guys active and that's great but a lot of my active members don't play halo a lot, don't go to game nights, don't host game nights, don't recruit, or only talk to a couple of people. We have the potential, we have the numbers, we have the activity. We need to make something of it.

Our recruiting needs to be getting better. I need to see more people trying. If I see you trying, I will not bother you. When I don't see people trying is when I get upset.

Our game nights are pretty okay but no one is sending me attendance. I need the attendance for your game nights. If you host the game night, you need to take the responsibility and get the attendance for it.

Attendance is important now because starting March 1st, I am starting a monthly Microsoft point giveaway. You get points for attendance, hosting, recruiting, being active, and by the end of the month, whoever has the most points wins.

There should be no reason our goal is the same 3 weeks in a row. That is embarrassing and very sad. Yes,we do have less officers but we have 9 ssgts. There  should be no reason we aren't getting any recruits. The general who barely has time has gotten more than everyone. Pick it up guys. We are going to meet our goal this week. Our game night schedule for the week is made every sunday after the meeting. Hey everybody yes we had a crazy week this week chiefy stepped down few members left but it happens now what we must do is show that we can comeback. im seeing more ppl wanting to be a officer now and thats what i like to see now our only weakness right now is recruiting i will be hosting a recruiting workshop wednesday at 7 est but guys common this contest thats going on i put it together cause i felt i saw some inspiring cols and below that wanted to take leadership and show that conquest is boss so where is that motivation now i want you cpl to put in the work and get a recruit and get a free name change then all u need is training and you will be up here in no time i know you guys want more teams but that means more officers and we only have two right now we need more ppl wanting to get up here and take responsibility and show their skills im not gonna rush us to a split but we need to start reaching our goals this week we are at 44 our goal is 47 and extended goal is 49 that is 3 ppl come on guys i know if everyone here just trys to recruit and gets one we will get so many more ppl which means more fun and more battles and more maps and just more everything so lets start working to make conquest the best squad in gz cause right now were not pride is after they split lets take first place and show that our conquest will never stop till we achieve greatness guys lets have good weeks from here on out conquest is our squad lets show everyone how much our squad is the best

Meeting notes 3/31/13

 

1. theres going to be a challange section on the forums to where you can battle divisions and clans in KSI(only for Generals/Team Captains)

 

2.stay away from the join section on the KSI forums page

 

3. Still want applicants more for productions team and graphics team

 

4. weekend warfare black ops 2 emblem contest march 30, 8pm est (must follow code of conduct or rank suspention)

 

5. vote for player of the month on KSIforums.org

 

6. We are now at 40 members because of fluff removal so pick the recuiting up as much as possible.

 

7. All generals must come to all meetings unless you tell a 7 you can't make if not you will be punished

Guys were doing freaking awesome for recruiting we got 4 thats what i like  to see and i see that everybody is trying now please keep trying n also if ur working to get that officer spot n u get it please stay motivated n ur always doing something to help ur squad as in recruiting, training, game nights, workshops, being a role model for someone who wants to be a officer what u can do so u can get here i keep to byword if ur recruiting doing game nights n coming to work shops n meetings n ur trained i bet u in a week or two u will be up here n doing the same thing the only diff is ur doing the workshop its that easy so if ur  doing that ur already doing what a officer does just the bonus for officers is they get to be team captains n leaders n have more of say in things so please be motivated n get here n show everybody our conquest has been hard but giving up isn't a option anymore we must prove we can comeback strong n stay strong
