GZ is up 50 members from last week as of last Thursday's Generals meeting.

- GZ ws at 355 as of said meeting.

- Our division goal was set for 380 for this week but that's already been surpassed o.O

- So in short, keep up the great work everyone!!!

Friday's we'll be hosting COD Clan Ops tournaments.

- Trying to get the KSI Elite Group's rank up.

- If interested contact myself or KSI iLLuSiioN 7 for more details.

KSI's been having alot of issues with people leaving only to come back and say that they were just taking a break, wanting there old ranks back.

- KSI does not allow this, if you leave you lose your rank.

- However, if you just need to take a break, we do allow that. Just ask and we'll take care of any of your responsibilities while you're gone.

- iLLuSiioN has done this himself as have I.

- It's great for those times when your'e losing your motivation. Just take a week or two off and during that time you'll find that you just keep thinking about KSI. When you return you feel the same motivation to do great as you did when you first joined.

GZ'z internal affairs officer is KSI Romans 7.

- If you feel there is someone in KSI coming after you for whatever reason that makes you think they may be a threat to KSI, Romans is the man to talk to.

- Just contact him, and he can get it taken care of.

KSI now has a New Inventive Outlet, freshestnetwork.com

- you can sign up for ladders against other participating clans and communities.

- Play games against ';em and see how you fair.

- Very similar to gamebattles.com

There will be no more vouching for blacklisted members.

- In the past, when someone got blacklisted, some of there friends in KSI would vouch for them saying "they couldn't do something like that." or "give 'em another chance."

- Well, when they do that, they are taking on full responsibbiliity for that members actions from then on. Too often the blacklisted member doesn't care about them anyway and continues what they were doing.

- In the end, both parties would be blacklisted from KSI. We can no longer allow our members to have their kindness taken advantage of.

We have a new squad in GZ.

- If you see a member of Valor GZ, send them a warm welcome!

- we only need one more split before we get a new Co-Fo in GZ.

We are one of the top divisions in KSI already and easily the fastest growing.

- The higher up in KSI have taken a very serious notice and word is spreading.

- Again I say it, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!!

Once we reach 40 members we can start looking into getting teams started.

- Required to have a HeadHunters and Swat team by the time we reach 50 members.

- HeadHunters is primarily an MLG team for those who don't know.

- There are awards within KSI for being apart of just about any team out there with the exception of our squad specific ones (i.e. BtB, Invasion, etc...)

New Minecraft server is up and running!

- Can support up to 50 members online at a time, currently has about 15 active players.

I'll be hosting a recruitment tournament starting today!

- The 3 members of Solace to bring in the most recruits by next weeks squad meeting will be awarded 800 MP's each.

- you can use 'em to change your own name to KSI, give them to one of your recruits, or just use 'em to get one of the Halo Reach Map Packs. It's your choice ^^

- Remember to send a message with your recruits name in it to the squad so they can add them to their friends list, as well as have them send a friend requets to KSI Solace GZ.

We will be starting a Welcoming committee within' KSI Solace GZ.

KSI N1NJA 7 is hosting a recruitment tournament.

- The member of GZ with the most recruits by Wednesday will be awarded 800 MP's.

- Keep track of everyoen you've recruited since last wednesday to be counted.

KSI is trying to get more people involved in the educational aspects of KSI.

- We offer multiple courses such as the Future Technological Leaders of America (FTLA) and the SGT Workshop.

- FTLA is for anyone in KSI regardless of rank to learn how they can take everythign they've done and learned in KSI and apply to the real world.

- - Such as beign a leader or knowing how to talk to people in tough situations...

- The SGt workshop is for SGT's and SSGT's who want to learn how they can make a difference in KSI and move up the rankings.

- - There'll be one session this Wednesday at 9pm EST with KSI QueenJess 7.

- - Another this upcoming Saturday at 8pm EST with KSI Balphy 7.

- If interested in either of those, please get with me after the meeting or send me a PM so we can get you signed up.

Remember guys, we're here to play videogames and have fun as a community.

- We've already got nearly 50 active forumgoers in GZ, but out of nearly 400, i think we can get more.

- believe me guys, it's alot of fun. There are forums games and just joking around in the shout box is a great time waster.

KSI is going to form a new Division Status called "Pillar."

- Do to so many divisions reaching flagship status and unable to come to an agreement on new flagship requirements.

- Will be based off of flagship divisions that show a certain amount of forum activity.

- No word yet on whent his will be up.

There are rumors floating about that senior directors are kicking members for no reason.

- There is a clear reason in teh code of conduct, rule 10, which lists any activities that someone could be kicked for.

- However, it is not limited to just those activities.

- In short, don't piss of a senior director.

COD Elite groups are available.

- For everyone in a non-COD squad, these are great cause they allow to find someone to play with when no squad members are on.

- Labeled "Global 1 - 5.

- Global 6 is in the making.

GZ's weekly goal for this week is to reach 450 members.

On the forums shoutbox, don't argue with any admins if asked to stopa conversation or drop a topic.

- You will almost garunteed get banned, if only temporarily.

- Simple way of avoiding this is don't trash talk or be rude towards other members.

The GZ forum section and Facebook page have been very active lately.

- If you're not on the forums, I would highly recommned looking into it. Our section alone has a lot of topic games and the like to waste time in.

- In addition, the Forums iBProBattle! game is very addicting. Me and KSI iLLuSii0N 7 are actually the 2 highest rank people on that.

Congratulations guys, we hit 50 members!

- We can now set up our squad teams. So if your'e ionterested in the HeadHunter's and/or SWAT teams, get with me after the meeting or send me a message.

UFA is poaching KSI members on MW3.

- They have been noted as to lie about anything to get people to cross over.

- Already had a number of members requesting to return to KSI do to UFA's offer's not being met.

- Keep an eye out for them.

KSI HUMA 86, our 3rd LT, is taking a 2 week break from KSI.

- I ask that if you have any questions or concerns that you try not to bring them to him.

- He may be back earlier but expect him to be absent for the full 2 weeks.

I'm going to be doing something a little different this week.

- I have an extra 800 MP card after last weeks recruitment tournament, so this week I'll be hosting a recruitment raffle.

- Each time you get a recruit, your name will go on a card. By next weeks meeting, I'll put all the cards in a hat and draw a name at random to see who gets the 800 MP's.

- This will allow everyone a better chance of competing against members like Ducen and Centuriate for the MP's.

- For those of you who are wondering what you can do witht hese points. You can either use them to change your name to KSI or give them to one of your recruits sot hey can. or you can just spend them on DLC or avatar items. They're your points, use 'em for your desires.

- His grandfather died last week in addition to having to work 70 hours weeks these last few weeks has created a great burden on him.

- No word on when he';ll be able to come back, but please keep him in your prayers, he's going through rough times.

- Trying to get in contact with him somehow, but no succees as of yet.

Remember, the promotion from Private to Corporal is automatic upon your one week mark with KSI as well as attending at least one meeting.

1. make sure that all officers are active and posting on the forums. a stronger officer core makes for a happier squad.

2. the shout box/suggestion box is there for our discretion. make sure to use the shout box as much as possible, our higher ups want us to be vocal about ideas and problems we come across.

3. the "adviser" rank. the adviser rank has been around in KSI for a while, and we just started to use in. the adviser rank is there to help members keep the current rank they have, if they happen to leave for reasons undescribed. it is not a disciplinary rank, only a hold-on rank. if you are given the adviser rank, you can not command things of other KSI members. ( anyone can receive this rank.)

4. the higher ups like ninja and illusion are trying to push us to get to 350 members by the end of the week. i have confidence in all of you that you will rise to the occasion and show the higher ups that GLORY is strong!

Hey Glory, we had a great meeting toNinjaht. I love my new squad and the people in it. On to the meeting notes, Forum activity, especially if you're an officer, needs to improve. NEW RULE 16+ recruits w/ no exceptions. Grandfathering in will result in 2 week rank suspension and the recrit will be asked to leave KSI. Adding to that, if the CoC is being "tampered" with (tea-bagging,rascist comments,etc.), 17 and under will get a warning but 18+ will get an automatic 2 week rank suspension. Also, contact myself (KSI CoMeAtMeBrO) if you are interested with Castleminer Z with Freedom's KSI Dragonheart. If enough participation is given we'll make this WEEKLY. Finally, don't worry about your rank and applying yourself to rank up in KSI, just HAVE FUN, go to gameNinjahts, and socialize with the squad and promotions will come!

Hey Glory! We had a very nice meeting tonite and a good turnout with the ratio of people we have :D. I will go now onto the notes: KSI Weekly Update will be on Mondays 7 pm eastern, here on the forums you can get a link to it and they basically go on about whats going on in KSI. Please apply to the AAP if interested it's all here on the forums. Also KSI ImPeriiuM 7 will be hosting a SGT. workshop Tues. and Wed. at 8 pm eastern. PLEASE GO TO THAT YOU WILL LEARN A LOT, I WILL ALSO BE THERE . Activity is the real priority in GZ and if activity is through the roof and all is well, try to get recruits on those days, I might schedule a recruitment day instead of a gamenite. Also, HERE on the forums i'd like to see more activity not just from the officers, but from the SGTs and SSGTs. That shows me that you're an active member of KSI and a potential LEADER of KSI. Hey Glory, IT'S MEEEEEE!!! Unfortunately BLACKS7aR, our Major, wasn't able to make the meeting last night sooooooooo i'm here to deliver the notes to those who've missed it. Notes: Make sure all of you are keeping tabs on everyone in the squad ( rank, activity, etc.) and also set goals for yourself on where you want to go in KSI and set goals for GZ as well.
