December 601 Posted April 24, 2019 Report Share Posted April 24, 2019 News Department Official Handbook Requirements All New Department Staff must follow the KSI Code of Conduct News Department Staff are expected to maintain a professional attitude when dealing with any other member of KSI (Clan Ops, Department Ops, Performance Ops or Web Ops). Communication Clear and consistent communication is required from all News Department Staff. Tell us if you have questions, need advice, want feedback or have a concern. The Department Head, Department Co-Head and Senior Staff can always be reached by Discord. Failure to communicate about assignments, deadlines, personal conflicts or other relative subjects can lead to dismissal from the Department. Articles News Department Staff must complete and submit a minimum of one (1) article per month. Articles must be completed and submitted on Global before the 1st of the following month. Participation Part Of The Team News Department Staff must exhibit consistent participation, contribution and activity in the News Department forums area, Discord server and in Xbox parties. SYTYCW Voting SYTYCW voting customarily takes place from the 28th - 30th of each month. Voting is a requirement for all News Department Staff. Department Meetings All News Department Staff are expected to participate in a monthly Department Meeting unless excused by the Department Head, Department Co-Head or CDM. Secondary Expectations Willingness to tackle projects, work as a team and get involved on a community-based level in News-related events and assignments Awareness of the "Three Strike Policy" Do not plagiarize.
