KSI Muramasa 7 17 Posted February 4, 2013 Report Share Posted February 4, 2013 Sorry about whatever the hell was going on at the meeting last night, I swear I have never muted anyone in my squad and especially not on BLOPS2, every time I went to click on the names and click unmute it would say it was then I'd go back and it was muted again and again, I hope those who could not hear me didn't take that the wrong way. Big meeting notes- When recruiting verify age, this is a biggie, if you think they sound too young then in most cases they are, triple check if you have to and 16 and up is the standard. Also when recruiting make sure to have their privacy settings set correctly, profile viewing and profile sharing set to everyone, online status to everyone and friends list to friends only!!! these are a must- no exceptions. Finally Motto and Bio need to be correct and have recruitment dates and lastly no more sending them directly to the Octane Squad tag, they are to go to the KSI FI Recruit tag first and always until they are trained and then and only then added to the squad tag!! Other than that everyone is doing a really good job with everything, we should be at 89 or 90 after today but we are losing 3 to 5 people due to squad and division transfers, this is only a minor setback and we can easily get past it with a solid game night followed by some recruiting parties! Remember when in recruiting parties be humble and respectful, no one will want to join a clan/community of crap talkers and people who are not friendly. Lastly when the squad split does happen you will all be getting individual messages to let you know where your going and I hope for a response asap and cooperation. the next two weeks will be trying on all of us but together we can pull thru it and get this all done and after the split I promise things will begin to cool down quite a bit and it will make it easier to give attention to 50 people as opposed to 89. It hasn't disconnected me from xbox live in a while, so I'll just go from there. I can't wait for the squad split though. I really just wanna see who's in what squad, and who I go with. To anyone who cares at all, I just got home from Band rehearsal and I'm waiting on some batteries that my dad's bringing me. I'll be on as soon as I get them.
