@masamune Uh, if you really want. I was just gonna do it for any new member that was in any situation in which they couldnt get any MSP but were really cool or whatever and deserved the points. But was just gonna donate them and give the codes to like a lt to give out when they train people or something, idk. Also, say hello to my newest recruit: mNecrosiis  Welcome to KSI :D

Hey guys,

Night octane lol. Guys, let me know if Im being a little too active. If you would like, I can just post a couple longer posts each day instead of like 5 or 6. I have a couple things I would like to note in this post. 1) Your really cool to play with doc, didnt think that a division founder would add, much less play with a silly sergeant, it really says alot for KSI and yourself :)  2) IM SHOOTING FOR 20 quality recruits in one week!I have 10 since this Sunday, just gotta keep up the work!   3) About those MSP codes, if it would be more beneficial to FI, or to octane specifically, I can use that $200 on something else for KSI instead of MSP codes for new recruits that cant afford a name change, just let me know masa, or wanna-be-masa ( :P jk).   4) What happened with that 6v6 against Velocity? What time tommorow is it scheduled for? In the future, not to be too demanding, but try to inform the participants as soon as you find out. Myself and GoDsWoRRioR were waiting until about 9:30 for an invite to the game, and eventually found out it was cancelled. Thanks :)

Whats up KSI Octane!!!

I was just recruited by KSI Swarm last night. I was in KSI about 10 years ago in Halo 2. Since then i was in the Marines for 5 years and now going to school for business. Excited to be back in KSI and look foreward to moving up in the ranks!!!

Hey Octane :D

A couple things I wanna note tonight.

1) Welcome my two recruits: nsealskiller and TheSkilledVirus (12 Last 4 days)

2) Good job nsealskiller on helping me win in a friendly 2v2 against Viper FI. Octane won 75-55!
3) Just wanna put it out there that if you have a problem with something someone said to you or anything like that, please go to the person directly instead of involving others in your own personal issue. Not going to mention any names here, just saying.
4) MuraMasa, what are the numbers like for Octane members, just so I have an Idea?

@KSI+DoCNeSS+7 Yea, now I see your other post Doc, yea, Im really trying to help out KSI, as they made my xbox expierience alot better so far :)Yea, I just bought 12 1600 MSP codes this morning. like 2 of them are for two of my newer recruits, and the rest are going to be used to benefit FI or Octane in someway. i really like your tournament idea: Who would I go to about getting this setup or should I try to manage it myself? Yea, Ive been kinda quality-checking all 15 of this weeks recruits. About 1/3 of them have allready changed their name, so its looking good, and several of them have notified their friends, while Im even recruiting them, that they are more then welcome to join KSI and to contact me if they have any questions. Also, I appreciate you joining the parties anytime that a recruit wants to ask some questions. So yea, hit me up on xbox with like a party invite whenever you get a chance. Also, congratz on that award nomination :D

Just wanna start off with a big thanks for a great almost 1/6 year here in KSI,

it really has been a great expierience, and actually has improved my IRL life.

Motivating me to get my work done right and on time, so I have more time to devote to KSI.

Anyways, A few people to add: KI11ERSH00T55 , ScREWLESS DUKE7 , Faze pramaaj , iSilverBlunt , SookeBC250.

My 5 recruits for the day, so I got my goal of 20 for this week, and a whole day early :D

From now on, gonna work for 1 recruit a day minimum, keep it simple :)

@ KSI Helmos Great Activity on the forums man, setting a great example for my other recruits :) Dont be afraid to promote forum use in party chats and stuff when your with me and some other guys, it does set a good standard.

@KSI Muramasa I really appreciate the opportunity you are about to give me, which Ill post about tommorow. I wont let you down :)

And Im really tired for some reason right now, and cant really think of the few other things I wanted to post about earlier today...

First off: Thanks Alot masa for the promotion to LT, I will continue to recruit, and start to train.

I just need the training info, because Im honestly not sure what all I need to cover when training.

Next, I wanna Introduce a competition I am hosting. I sent a message out to everyone that was at

the octane meeting or was on my friends list in KSI about it allready. Pretty much its like a competition

to promote forum activity and recruiting within Octane and FI. To be qualified to win (Probably 1600 MSP),

you must have 3 or more recruits or refferals by next sunday evening, as well as 2 Posts in OCTANE FI

Squad Chat, and one somewhere else. This is mainly for new members and recruits to encourage activity

on the forums and to help get new members into Octane. This challenge ends next sunday at the meeting, Ill let Masa know about the winner so he can say it at the meeting if hes feel the need to do so :) If the competition helps generate a little forum activity and sparks some motivation in newer recruits, even old, not so active members, then it was completely worth it.

Just a quick post, only recruited one kind gentleman tonight,

and then decided decided to relax and take the rest of the

night off from recruiting. I also trained one person. That's 32

Total recruits and 4 total trains. I'll step up

My recruiting again tommorow, then normal on Thursday and

Some training, try hard recruiting on Friday with one training session,

And then try hard recruiting any time during the weekend I am on.

As long as I don't have anything happen irl, I should most definitely get

Over 20 recs again, as well as about 10 trains. Sorry if I'm looking at it

As a numbers thing, I am a little bit, and that kind of mentality is required

For try Harding, but I always spend time with new recruits, if not right away,

I invite all online ones to a game and we all play a couple hours at the end

Of the day, so they get introduced to new members right off the bat.

You are not obligated in anyway to provide funding for anything KSI related (especially as a sgt). However, if you would like to assist in that manner here's a few different things to think of. Tournaments are GREAT! However you want to run them, whatever settings, then tag on a prize works out phenomenally. Gets ppl out of their shells and interact more with the division even if it's for the prize. Donating to KSI helps KSI Web maintenance, weekend warfare tournaments, etc. Whatever you want to do with it is your business, but I like that you're looking to up the ante around here and back it financially. Money aside, I'd like you to recruit more of YOU - highly active competent people who will go one recruiting others and attempt to interact more with the division. Good stuff bro.

Also, there's no such thing as being TOO active homie. You're good. Keep doing what you're doing.

Hey guys, How's everyone doing. I know I haven't really been the most active person in the clan, but I am trying my best to be as active as possible and do as much as i can for the clan/squad.
