one sharp 1 3 Posted January 10, 2013 Report Share Posted January 10, 2013 Whats up Octane.Last nights game night was depressing when only 5 besides me showed to play.Im not the type to be a prick but at one time I was so ashamed to be playing with a couple of you who are not representing KSI in a possitive light.I believe in handleing things on my own and will not snitch but if you ever push me to the brink of wanting to leave KSI again out of emberassment,I will have to present our great general with a problem of picking between you an I and to be frank If I was Muramasa Id kick me for just makeing his life more difficult.If you want to play with me than act your age and treat others not in KSI with the respect you were shown before you were KSI.Competitive trash talking is one thing but you were talking in a maner to people that if I was on the other spectrum of things I would want NOTHING to do with KSI or anyone a part of KSI.I think you guys figured out as soon as you knocked it off our game improved an we started playing as a team.All of you have parents an yes Im a parent but im not yours and you dont need me to act like one like I had to last night and I am sorry for those who were there and I didnt mean to be controlling with you and I wont be in the future because I would rather kick those trouble makers from my friends list and not play with you than to ever have to act like that again and how good would It be if I blocked communication with people in my own squad.Being part of KSI is more less a hobby to me that I can make new friends with and share and make that hobby fun for everyone.I hope it gets better because you dont want me to regret joining KSI,that would only hurt KSI and as far as I can see KSI has been good to all of us. KSI Muramasa 7 17 Posted January 10, 2013 Report Share Posted January 10, 2013 Sharp we will get together about this tommorow, but you are 100% correct and this will be the last time I'm hearing about people not holding up to the standards of KSI while in game chat, being respectful to others is not just reserved for KSI members it extends to everyone, Like I said I will not put up with this crap and I will take action against anyone being disrespectful or inappropriate in game lobbys, this should be our last concern and it will not become a problem in our squad, if you cannot deal with this there's the door and please don't let it hit you on the way out. I will not tolerate this trash talking to the extreme that its going to. We will all be talking on SUNDAY at the meeting! Think you mean we won't get the quality recruits we're looking for if we're acting like donkeys Can't we all just get along? YES. We can. Done it before. Been doing it. Will continue doing it. There are some among us who are especially competitive and tend to rage a bit more easily or what not than everyone else. Know that game nights are for fun. And keep a lid on that trash even when gaming outside of KSI lobbies. Remember, you represent yourself, your family, your region (county/state/country etc) and of course your gaming community - KSI. No one wants to continue a game night with someone raging out of control. Dude, we're on the same team here. Chill. If you can't handle a simple game night, let someone know. Either we'll work with you on that or you can chuck dueces and dip out of KSI. It's behavior like that which gives us a bad name, whether it's KSI Global or not ---- you rock our tags, therefore it's us..... Game on Fellas! Keep those game nights running. KSI Muramasa 7 17 Posted January 19, 2013 Report Share Posted January 19, 2013 OK just to confirm the rumors are true and Torque is being merged into Octane, what does that mean for us, not really that much other than we will be much closer to a squad split and it may happen sooner rather than later, other than that KSI Frosstyy will be coming over as a CPT in Octane and the rest are all SGT's and CPL's and PVT's. I want everyone in Octane to welcome all of your new members and encourage their activity as I have, the reason for this is because we breathe new life into dying things, it will be no different with the Torque members that come to Octane, we will encourage them to get out and recruit and show up to game nights and squad meetings, this whole thing will be done within 2 weeks time total, If they all transfer it will put us at 92 in Octane which as we all know would make us the first squad to split twice in FI, keep recruiting thou, I still want to see lots of new members pouring into Octane and everyone keep up the good work!!! I have just a few things to say and I will be out of your hair. 1. I enjoyed playing with everyone yesterday and I hope we can do it again in the near future. 2. If you see folks on the recruit tag, and they're online, tag them up so we can keep that recruit tag clean. The quicker the turn around the better off we'll all be. The training procedures are the same for your squad as they are for your brothers. All that changes is what squad tag GT to add and who their officers/gen is. That's it. Pretty simple. Be part of the movement to push FI into the forefront of the fleet and eventually FLAGSHIP! Lets do it fellas.
