DoCNeSS 239 Posted March 2, 2013 Report Share Posted March 2, 2013 Swarm you're doing an outstanding job recruiting brotha. However, make sure you're not training the same folks you're recruiting. I'm sure it may have happened to a few, but this is part of the training/security background check process. So it'd be great if you have a partner in crime who will knock out trains just as fast as you get recruits in lol. That's an ideal situation right there. Also, Brink, you should be doing a final bg check BEFORE adding them to our online rosters. Just because we're no longer on lockdown doesn't mean we shouldn't exercise caution as we continue to grow. A long time ago FI was hit, and hit bad by a slew of security issues, mass poaching and exodus of members due to the craziness of the time. I don't want us to fall back into that dark time. 🎵 KSI Swarm 🎵 1 Posted March 3, 2013 Report Share Posted March 3, 2013 Hey Octane A little bit of a note here: First, I think that octane is now filled with members, so I am gonna train the last of the active Octane recruits tommorow sometimes to get us to 90 members on the squad tag. I was talking to Docness and he suggested that once Octane gets full that I should talk with some viper or chrome people and start recruiting into Chrome and Viper. FYI Most recruits that I get are probably going to be sent to Viper when I recruit them, as I have no contacts in Chrome and dont feel like making any new ones atm, lol. I also wanna let you guys know about my 10 recruits for the day (my personal record for rec's in one day), and my 26 for this week again! I still have tommorow, so ill make sure I break the record of my recruits, didnt think I could do it again, lol. I also now have a total of 52 recruits, so yeah :D . Imma just go ahead and list this weeks recruits, since the ones from tommorow are most likely going to start getting recruited into different squads. And forgive me if i miss a few names, I sometimes forgot to add them to my list after I recruiting them. KSI Muramasa 7 17 Posted March 5, 2013 Report Share Posted March 5, 2013 Also I want to clear up some things before I leave, Mentoring- this is reserved for Generals and 7's to get people ready for higher positions, if Cpt's and Lt's wanna help people out to get them ready for the next position thats fine however its not mentoring, technically its just doing your job, so please no more I'm mentoring this person and so on, also your technically only allowed to have one mentor or mentee anyways so as it goes noone is mentoring anyone, also to be a mentor it needs to be approved by higher ups. secondly- guys I love the forum activity but please where it says do not spam in certain threads please don't.
