1. We are still on security lockdown

3. No division transfers due to security lockdown. If you have witnessed a transfer recently..please notify you co-fo.

Be cautious If someone asks to join please decline because we are in lockdown....only recent players that accept invitations are welcome as recruits.

Background checks are still a must

To many security threats have come to light... get it together NOW.

5.16 and up in GZ. Unless 15 with permission from general.

6. Officers have to have a forums account and use it. Dont just have an account.. use it.

7. Officers must set a standard for other members as far as maturity and leadership. we want them to want to be like us.

8. Squad tags must send out at least one message a day. Minimum.

9. Generals must start promoting privates up to corporals.

10. Parties must be invite only due to security lockdown.

11. Officers have responsibilities as far as activities and meetings... everyone must do their part. We are a team.

2. 5 members a week is the quota. No one will tell you that you cant go up in ranks unless you recruit a set number of recruits. That is not acceptable.

3. Recruit training program is a must in any division from this point on.

11. Now we don't use the 3 week program anymore and focus on armada

1. Any and all recruit requirements for ANY promotion of ANY rank is to cease IMMEDIATELY! There has never been and never will be a requirement for a certain amount of recruits to become a certain rank.

2. Generals must approve ALL recruits coming into their squad. This is not only part of our Lockdown procedure, but something Generals should be doing EVERY time they accept a member onto a squad tag. Once a person's friend request is accepted the Generals then taking responsibility for that person and confirming that the entire recruiting process has been done.

3. Recruit tag and Recruit Training programs are now MANDATORY for ALL divisions in KSI. If you are currently not utilizing this process, please get with myself or your Director to begin implementing it. There is NO reason why ANY member should be skipping the rank of Recruit and not being able to have that experience.

(I will posted the original Recruit training info here as soon as I can compile it.)

4. SSGT rank is to be used ONLY for those SGT's who are 100% READY to be a LT and only awaiting 2 things, either a LT position to become available or for their time requirement to hit before they can be promoted. The SSGT rank is a HOLDING rank, not a rank that someone can earn by being a SGT for a specific amount of time. This rank was designed for members who are already trained to be their next position, and to separate those SGT's who show extreme promise. You should NEVER at ANY given time have MORE SSGT's than SGT's in your squad. Any division abusing this rank, will lose the privilege of using it at all.

5. AAP and its process. Please look, read, and familiarize yourself with the AAP and it's process. There has been too much drama surrounding a program designed to BOOST morale, and much of that is because of a MISUNDERSTANDING on how the program works. I often compare our AAP team to that of the United States Jury system. It is a panel of your peers, who are chosen to look at and decide if a person deserves an award based on the evidence provided. Just as a jury would reach a verdict based on the evidence presented in a case. There is NO chance of favoritism, and/or biased voting. Please explain this to your members.

6. Lastly, just because a director may not be your "assigned" director does not mean that they do not have the right to make calls and handle situations that are pressing at that time. All members need to respect Directors as a UNIT. These guys over see ALL of our divisions, and sometimes need to step in for one another when they aren't available. There will be no "I don't have to listen to you, you aren't my director." If you ever have a question about something that you have been told, please do consult your director but understand, All of these directors are KSI Directors and oversee this COMMUNITY.

800 for 2nd and 3rd. Squad with most entries gets a concert from me. (Yeah...joy.)

1. Major Rank - As of today 12/5/12 no more promotions to the rank of Major will be taking place as this rank has proven to be unnecessary for the successful growth of squads and it's leadership. All member currently in this position will remain until promotion or other opportunities present themselves.

2. Officer Ratio for squads - For all squads there is a set expectation of officer to member ratios. What senior leadership looks for is the following: 50 members - 50% officer squad 75 members 75% officer staff 85 members and up (preparing for squad split) 100% officer staff. Please enforce the following ratios within squads to maintain proper growth and leadership training.

no more major rank anymore so only just lt and cpt for now on

when you have 50 members you must have 4 officers and every ten you need to get another officer but once you get 80 you should have a full officer staff

we are still on a security lockdown so now you must make your game lobbies invite only and parties still need to be invite only also

blackstar is still blacklsited but imppy is greatful how we handled it

also KSI T shirts are around 15 to 20$ and there are 7 different designs/logos to chose from and its not considered donating

but we still need people to help donate so we can hold tournaments in KSI and give prizes

mmeeting notes need to be updated less then 24 hours of the squad meeting general meetings are now divisional meeting

recruting needs to not be mass messageing because the people you may find might be in a different clan or security risk members from months ago and orientate people properly 1v1 to get to know them

when people dont recruit people dont go up in the ranks then people get pissed off

titles and emblems for cod and halo 4 need to be appropiate and be in uniform at all times

generals need to update g14 everyday for now on because you have 7 days till you get kicked out of g14 and then you will be most likely rank suspended

weeken warfare every week this week we had 4v4 griffball so please try to make it to the next one which is next week

also we have a weekly update every tuesday at 7;30 pm estits our christmas spectactular

usc and avg are a problem with KSI so please remove them off your friends list and have no contact with them at all

1. Division Meeting are not Gen Meetings. Gen an up for division meeting. Not a Gen meeting. Not only for giving information. But giving out goals and assignments. 

Make it worth their wild.

 

2. Get the cofo and founders involved in the division leaders meetings because they are to learn how to do this so they are ready when you move up.

 

3. mass recruitment vs mass messages.
Mass recruitment ---> No No. Example "Hey if interested in KSI add this tag."

Mass messaging ---> Ok only if they are being trained and helped to get involved in the community. If they are not quality, they are nothing. Example "Hey if you interested in joining a community that has biweekly tournaments and runs gamenights 3-5 times a week message me and we can game a little."

 

4. Don't make someone qualified for KSI. If they are arguing about changing things when coming in don't take them. Stop down grading our member quality for a number.

 

5. Reason of Recruitment

1. Because we want other to know about KSI

2. For movement of leaders, opportunities. Without growth no one can move.

3. So that members have people to play with.

4. Staying stagnant is going to kill the division and or squad in time. 

 

6. Growth is key for holding things together. Never be satisfied with where you are now and always push to be greater. Don't base yourself off others but how well you can base it off yourself. "Am I doing all that I can and what can I improve on"

 

7. Stop focusing on inactive leaders/members to get active. Get new blood within the squad/division. 

 

8. Blackops 2 Titles and Emblems need to be appropriate to the coc.

 

9. Access Denied (16th Sunday) If off for 7days will be rank suspended and account deleted. After second offense demotion. Be on there and make sure you are checking if your leaders are being active!

1. Stop Relying on Old Leaders

- Focus on the new motivated members whom want to go places

- When Old leaders see new motivated leaders they will step up.

- We have been working hard on our training core for the past 3 months and it has worked well

- So lets go get the recruits to match our leadership so we can grow and give opportunities for members

4. Work on being Consistent with your activity

- Keep yourself motivated (Playing with members, talking with leaders)

meeting notes

PVT have been that rank for along time now and its starting to get fishy in a way where you are suposed to promote them within a week of member ship on G14

also dont recruit any under aged members ok its starts problems and immatureity

dont be races because its against the code of conduct

also when they change there gamertag to reflect KSI make sure to tell them it has to be appropriate

saturday there was a halo 4 FFA and there was atleast 20 members to compete for 1600 mirosoft and we hope to get more for the next competition

our division was at 475 member now we have 485 so lets try to get 1 from each squad each day to reach that goal

every squad should get 5 people per week so we can get close to our div splt

promotions this week for our new officer KSI Sandman he is a 4lt and give him respect
