Each squad may run differently and have different programs in place, but the main thing is for you all to be a well oiled machine. Figure out what works best for yall and run this ship. Be that awesome cohesive unit that everyone wants to be a part of! Ban together and SHOW UP! Everyone should be supporting one another. Squash the petty issues (if there are any) and kick some ass in these lobbies! Group up together and get those semi active ppl back in the mix. It's one thing to have numbers, full officer staff or not... but it's an entirely different deal when you have a group of 70 bad ass mofos tearing lobbies up together in a cohesive squad. Commitment. Motivation. Respect. Knowledge. Strength. Integrity. Don't let these words fall on deaf ears or blind eyes. These words should mean SOMEthing to each of you. Know them. Apply them. That's one helluva feat. Great job recruiting guys. However, with that being said, lets focus on recruiting QUALITY over QUANTITY. We want members who are going to be active, and around for a while. Get these new members engaged with the daily happenings of KSI. GAME WITH YOUR PEERS (squad/div/ksi). Constant interaction with your fellow KSI members helps foster rapport & improves the morale of us all as a whole. Good morale = Happy members = Improved quality and activity (etc..). So lets focus. Take a look at the squad tags. Get these newbies on the forums and shoot the Poop with them from time to time. Throw em in a game lobby with you. Those recruiting, remember you're the first real impression these guys have of KSI. Don't recruit and leave them to figure Poop out on their own. Guide them. It kinda saddens me that I am even having to post this, since I know KSI is suppose to be a family working together to make us better as a whole. Plus everyone has agreed to the Code of Conduct or else you would not be in this great community. To even deal with these sort of childish games and antics should be unheard of or even exist in KSI, our division, or even squads. So with that being said. I will say these will end NOW! If this immaturity does not stop there will be serious repercussions dealt out by Azrael Prophet and myself. First: We do not give two rats booty who can beat who in a 1v1, 4v4, squad vs squad, etc etc....We care about people WORKING together to make everyone become better as a person and as a teammate in any situation out there in the gaming world. We had better not hear of anymore of this "I can whoop you any day of the week, or my team can beat your team." junk anymore. Because I can guarantee it right now and I will lay money on it that there is always someone better out there in the world. Plus if anyone wants bragging rights on a 1v1. Come challenge me.....See how far it gets you. I will teach you a huge lesson in humility. Second: Groups of friends and clicks are ok to have if they are not abused. Remember the CoD rule. Never leave a KSI member behind. This rule does not just apply to reviving people in a game. This also falls to not including people in lobbies, party chats, or any other game mode in the game. Just because a person isnt doing as good as your normal crew. Teach them, help them, work with them instead of shoving them aside because they dont quite fit in. This in my eyes also falls under the other rules of belittling, disrespecting other members and a form of harassment. Just remember. Someday you might be on the recieving end of someone deciding they dont want you in their click or group when you are playing alone one day cause none of your friends are on. Third: We have heard alot of mouths lately using way to much profanity. I dont care if it is in party chat. If the party chat is open for all to jump into. Someday a younger person is gonna join in there and a parent is gonna hear what is being said and not be very happy. Remember the old saying. Hell hath no furry as a woman (mother) scorned. If we have to calm a parent down because someone cant control their profanity. Actions will be strongly taken on this issue. It was a rule made long ago about this and racial remarks. This isnt something new we are talking about. So dont slack off on a rule that has been there for a long time. Remember when you are in a lobby, chat party, or private chat, think before you speak. What you might see as something simple and not that important can be to someone else. So lets pull this all together, Make FI and KSI better and become the great people I know we already are. Read this with heart. Not as a scolding or chewing. Take this in deep and remember we all represent KSI in everything we do. This gaming community is like our home. Where funny, not so normal gameplay happens. Depending on how many videos we get, it will determine how often we will be putting out these videos (weekly, monthly, bi monthly, etc.) so this will be ran by the KSI community, because without your entries, we wont have a show. In COD, I know you are able to upload videos from your vault onto youtube, then all you need is to provide the youtube link to that video in the email and boom, we could be using your funny fail for all KSI to see. Or if you have a recording device, just send the video as an attachment in the email. If you have any questions on how to get gameplay, send me a message and I would be glad to help! Or if you just have questions in general, message me, thanks! So go out there, get funny short clips of gameplay and send it to us at fails@ksiglobal.org be sure to include your squad, division and Gamertag in the email! and a brief description of what the video is about if you can.
