You all know the new standard of forum participation set forth to be an officer or get promoted to one. So Generals, talk to your staff and any future members. The lack of activity is an easy fix if we follow up and persue people to get on here and do their job. Like I said in the DIV meeting, JUST DO IT!! (your jobs) Then look at other things you can do to better yourself in your position. Second.....Officers, and i mean EVERYONE. Are you hosting game lobbies for the lower ranks? Are you making sure people are following the buddy system? Are you making sure people are having a GOOD time and enjoying their KSI experience? This ridiculous roller coaster of people comming in and out of this division stops from here on out. We will be watchinbg all officers to see if you are actually doing your job. Its time for this division to grow and i mean grow healthy. Third.........We will be holding alot of training sessions for people in the near future. I suggest officers to hit these up and LEARN. Everyone can learn from these and improve on their KSI leadership roles. Last........If you look at this post and go "Whatever" Maybe you should reconsider your role in KSI. I am not posting this to see my self flash out rank or rant and rave. I am stating all this because I care, sometimes a little to passionately. I want our division to grow and be one of the best KSI has to offer. So if you dont like this post and say well I already do all that and dont need to improve, then again. Generals you are doing an amazing turn around. I personally thank you and am very proud. Officers in general. I have seen increase and some fires spark back up. EXCELLENT!!!! Requirements to joining a KSI Global Elite Clan: 1. Go to: www.callofduty.com/elite 2. Go to connect on the left, then 3. Click clans in the top middle, then 4. Go to search for clan 5. Type in KSI This will pull up about 10 pgs of KSI clans. You want the ones that specifically say KSI GLOBAL-1, -2, -3, -4 etc. Be careful as all other KSI Globals are not ours/fake. Also to better verify this, check who you get your invite from or who the leader of the clan is. The founder who invites you should be on this list. If not on this list, check to see if in our KSI to be safe before accepting. 6. Once you find the one your applying to: Click on it (that will bring you to that GLB page) (click apply now at the top right) 7. Click apply now and fill out an application and you then have an invite pending. 8. Afterwards, send the founder/leader of that global a msg on xbl so they know to look for you. Note: - certain (likely the top 4 clans) Globals only allow premium members to join (those who pay $50 for premium COD Elite membership). - you must be on G14 list for members or you won't be accepted! Double check with your Gen to ensure you're on the online roster they manage. Only KSI members can join (obviously). Please be mindful of how you ask to join and what you put in your messages.
