Below is how it is to be organized and done everytime. The meeting holder does not take notes, an officer should but they must know how to do it right. Airborn 62 Posted June 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 FA Division Meeting Date: June 7, 2012 Host: KSI Ãœber 7 Attendance: KSI Krodis 7 (Reborn General) KSI Catfish (Vympel General) KSI Airborn 7 (Co Founder) KSI Uber 7 (Co Founder) Topics: Squad weekly goals were set and must be reached before the next Division Meeting Warfare is merging into Vympel, and Wreckage is merging into Exile once those merges are finished we will have 3 squads and begin to move forward. Adam is no longer the Division Leader do not worry about him Forums activity needs to increase in all squads All squad meetings need to have notes taken at them by someone other then the Host of the meeting and they need to be posted in the proper topic on the forums. When squad tags send messages out make sure they go to Uber and Airborn as well. Each squad needs to have a minimum of 5 recruits a week. Name changes are very important. Also talked about our game nights. It was a short meeting tonight but still info backed. Oh and we had a promotion KSI Headlines for SGT to SSGT.
