Hello Warlords, great to see our own personal thread up and running.

For our new members just an introduction, I'm KSIxly your 1CPT. I've been a part of Warlords since our original split from Demise and I look upon it as my personal duty to maintain the sterling reputation that myself and my recently prmoted colleagues worked so hard to acheive. We're the best for a reason, let's keep up the great work.

Alright fellas - The new SquadTag is up please add KSI WARLORDS RP to your friends, but do not at this time delete the DL tag, we need to have that one intact until all Squad Members have been transferred over. I talked to our founder, KSI SKILLZ 7 and he informed me that we will have an RP Recruit Tag up as soon as possible, when this beomes available please use it. Currently we have only 3 officers able to train in Warlords itself however officers from other Squads are able to train your recruits! I'm going to be getting in touch with the GENs of our sister Squads and letting them know about our current shortage and making sure you SGTs and SSGs have as many options available to get your new RCTs trained as quickly as possible (if I find people who are making a habit of having their RCTs spend more than 24 hours w/out training, I will be talking to you personally)

From now on promotions to LT and CPT will require a Training Seminar where I will be present with either SKILLZ 7 of iBOMBz 7 to make sure you guys have a clear understanding of the expectations and requirements of the jobs you are about to take on. This is not only an opportunity to listen, but also to ask questions and get to know DIV senior leadership.

Finally, I will be personally talking to all our newest Squad members to get find out about how they are doing in Warlords and to ask for suggestions and just to generally get to know you guys better. If I send you a party invite, please accept it.

Alright guys - we need to go over the chain of command again because I've been absolutely swapped the last couple of days with things that should not be taken directly to me. UNLESS YOU OBSERVE A MAJOR CoC VIOLATION BY A FELLOW SQUAD MEMBER (i.e. racial abuse, sexual harassment, cheating, boosting or incorrect recruitment procedures) OR ARE BEING SUBJECTED TO THOSE CoC VIOLATIONS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED (including attempted recruitment into other Squads within KSI [poaching]) OR HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE A KNOWN BLACKLISTED PERSON IS ATTEMPTING TO REJOIN THE SQUAD UNDER A NEW GAMERTAG ALL OTHER QUESTIONS/PROBLEMS/COMPLAINTS etc SHOULD BE REPORTED FOLLOWING THESE LINES:

RCT/PVT/CPL - Your first contact should be with a SGT or SSG (SGTs should be contacted first, if no action is taken please speak to an SSGT)

SGT - Your first contact should always be with an SSG UNLESS you realize an issue brought to you by a RCT/PVT/CPL is serious enough to warrant the immediate attention of an officer, in which case go to a LT.

SSG - You will need to use discretion. You report directly to LTs but if you deem a situation to be serious enough and a LT is not available, please contact your 2CPT.

LT (1-4) - You report directly to the 2CPT. Again, your position requires discretion and if you deem it to be serious enough you may take it directly to your 1CPT or GEN. If it needs to be dealt with immediately and neither your 1CPT or GEN is available, you may take it to your CoFo or Founder.

2CPT - Any situation that you feel goes beyond your ability or authority to deal with personally may be brought upwards following this chain: 1CPT -> GEN -> CoFo -> Founder.

1CPT/GEN - Issues brought directly to the squad's 1CPT or GEN should be only those requiring immediate and decisive action.

Please understand the difference between the Chain of Command and the Open Door policy. Just because an issue is not DIRECTLY brought to a Squad senior officer (1CPT/GEN) does not mean we will not contact you about this issue. The Open Door policy stands, but in order for the squad to function smoothly, it is simply impossible for those two officers to have every Squad problem/issue/complain/question etc brought directly to them. There are two very important reasons for this. The first is that we like to play games as much as you do and having to deal personally with every situation within the squad literally takes up just about every second we are online. The second is that if everything is dumped upon the 1CPT/GEN and no attempt is made to determine what needs our immediate attention it increases the chances that we will miss something imporant and that harms the Squad as a whole. I hope you understand that it's not that we don't care, it's that we have a responsibility to the Squad as a whole to deal promptly with the most serious situations and the reason we have a 2CPT and LTs and SSGs etc is to make sure problems get solved and questions get answered in a timely manner. Thanks for your understanding.

The requirements for the TDF Squad are as follows:

Rank of at least CPL

Regular Attendance of all mandatory meetings (SGTs meetings if you are SGT and above) General Squad Meetings for CPLs

Regular Attendance of Weekly Practice: Miss one practice w/out giving prior notification to myself of whoever ends up as Vice-Captain = Warning, Miss a second and I will announce an open spot on the TDF Squad and begin to look for a replacement. PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS EVERYTHING!

Regular Forum Activity: When the team is formed I will create a topic in the RP Section where all important news/information will be published. Forum activity is a requirement of all Warlords members and it is an absolute must for all TDF Squad members.

In Game In TDF, communication is critical, I don't care about your K/D but if failure to communicate in games is the only gameplay related reason you would lose your spot on the team. You will be given notice of this any action is taken and be given at least a week to demonstrate improvement.

Qualifications for Vice-Captain (TDF2): Minimum rank of LT. Ability to run the weekly practice if I am not available.

I am still deciding how the tryouts will be structured (that's why I'm giving myself that extra week) and I am very much looking for suggestions!

Attention all Warlords: WARS and I have discussed the removal of several members from the Squad for failure to attend meetings and lack of interaction with other Squad members. Tonight, during our MANDATOR Squad Meeting there 6 members online who did not attend because they were playing other games. This is absolutely unacceptable. Luckily for them it has also been decided to implement a second Squad meeting on Monday nights at 9PM EST/8PM CT. If you can't make Sunday, make Monday. It's that simple.. I much prefer a smaller tighter more close knit squad than a large inactive squad filled with apathetic members. We are one of the most highly regarded Squads in all of KSI. Be proud of that. Communicate with each other. I talked to head of HR today about setting up a Warlords fantasy football team. If you are interested in something like that, send me a msg. Remember, we aren't just limited to playing MW3 together. That is obviously what we are mostly about but the beauty of having such a stable Squad is that we can look at doing all sorts of other things, I'd love to hear your ideas.

I want to thank all of you guys for what you've made Warlords. I'm honored that, if all goes according to plan, I will have the privilege of being your General. Because in the end, you guys determine whether we rise or fall. So far we've risen far far higher than anyone expected. I consider us the best. If another Squad wants to argue with me about that statement, well, if they spent a week with us I have a feeling they'd leave with a different mindset.

Tonight I recruited [WRCT]KiLLyOSeLF0628. Ninjas or DEVASTATION, I would appreciate if you could please train him tomorrow, I realized I screwed up and forgot to get him to change his privacy settings, so that has to be done. Unfortunately the two of us went right to playing and it slipped my mind. Mistakes happen, I make them too, and the only thing I can do is learn from it and make sure I don't repeat it. I'm human, you're human, mistakes happen - and things like privacy settings are easily fixed - any SGT or above should consider it part of their duty to the Squad to regularly check mottos/bios/privacy settings because they are so easy to correct and if we keep them correct then that simply improves the amazing reputation you guys have helped establish. I see officer potential all over the place in this Squad so trust yourself and take the initiative. Remember there is an open LT spot, 3 open CPT spots and 2 SSG spots so if you want to move up get in touch with me and I'll get you into training classes with HR and make sure you sit in and observe recruiting/training etc.

BTW: Quick correction to MIX3R's post regarding mandatory forum activity -

Officers: 3 posts per week. 2 in the Warlords RP chat and 1 anywhere else in the RP section.

SSGs: 2 posts in the RP section, 1 of them in the Warlords chat.

SGTs: For promotion to SSG, you should be active on the forums. There is no mandatory weekly average, but if you want to start moving up your forum communications will be a major factor.

RCT/PVT/CPL: Posts are not required, however since I am going to be shifting from mass XBL messages for important news to forum posts, you at least need to read the Warlords Chat on a regular basis.

OFFICERS - WE MUST SET THE EXAMPLE. WE CANNOT EXPECT THE PEOPLE WE ARE CHARGED WITH LEADING IF WE DON'T DO OURSELVES WHAT WE REQUIRE OF THEM.

Consider the above the Warlords Officer Creed. We do it the right way and trust our Squad to follow our example.

MIX3R:

I have assigned Rambo and COUNTRYKIDD to focus on getting the SGTs more active on the forums. along with making sure new Squad members are spoken to daily and invited to games.

The LTs are to focus on Education and overseeing training/recruiting (especially SGT recruitment seminars, they are mandatory, you will not move past SGT unless you have sat down with DEVASTATION, NINJAS or Snapshot and learned HOW and WHO to recruit).

2CPT: Running the Monday night meeting, passing along information to the LTs and SSGs, and mostly preparing for the step up to 1CPT. I have contacted the DIR of HR to see about getting a DIR to help prepare you for the jump: the 1CPT in Warlords has quite a bit of authority as in the following: Rank/Squad Suspensions for MAJOR CoD violations. Suspensions and in extreme cases (such as JR Squad members failing to attend meetings while online and playing another game) outright removals. The HR 7's will work with you to make sure you use those powers appropriately. Skillz will explain RP procedures as they apply to you and I will make sure you are aware of all Squad specific policies.

1CPT->GEN: I will be focusing on getting the LTs ready to step up to the JR CPT spots, getting the SSGs ready to step up to the LT spots and, learning the specific responsibilities of a GEN that I am not familiar with (Squad tfransfer protocol, updating the G14, Correct use of Access Denied Access etc). I will also expect both of us to check Recruiting and Training standards and identify and correct problems before they become major issues.

GEN: WARS is still WARS. I am prepping to take over, but until it becomes official it is still his squad. While I have significant personal authority, all the really important stuff still goes through him and he is still our leader. WARS's decisions supersede mine and he can/will overturn actions I take if he deems them incorrect. I am just reinforcing the point that he is still our GEN, and until the word comes from Skillz, he will remain our GEN.

I am very impressed with both Rambo and COUNTRYKIDD, I know SSG can be a kind of confusing position to be in but you guys are doing a great job. I've really noticed an overall increase in the quality of recruits which says to me you SGTs get what makes Warlords great. Keep up the work and remember HeadHunter Challenges are now open and the Team Defender Squad will begin assembling this weekend.

Overall, I am so happy with this Squad and the way you guys have handled the major leadership shakeup that occurred during the DIV split and the upcoming change as well. I get the impression that we have mutual faith that both ends (Officers and JR Squad members) will both pull their weight.

Kordaro, where's the philosophical posts? I need at least 3 musings on the place of Warlords in society as a whole both tangible and metaphysical. I hope one thing people took away from Monday night was just how many questions' answers were contained right here, in this topic in our division section. SGTs/CPLs even if you don't post please please please read it. I can provide much more detailed information than in mass XBL messages and unfortunately i can only be in 1 party at a time so I have to prioritize in some way, forum use makes everything much much easier. But let's also look at this from the positive, glass half full point of view. Forum activity is our #1 (or close to it) priority right now. Not keep the Squad afloat. Not mass recruiting. Not leadership talent. Not petty squabbles. We had, if you combine both meetings, around 50% of ALL Squad members present. Most Squads dream of a number like that. And the strides people have been making in taking up the slack left after the unfortunate departure of our other 3 CPTs is amazing. MIX3R, you're doing great dude. Looking forward to getting you back full time. My LTs, man I've asked so much of you guys and you've really stepped up to the challenge. With out you're hard work I probably would have gone crazy those first few days after the split.

I particularly want to mention three JR members, el cubanito, xXSlyJayXx and Thad One. Cubanito and xXSlyJayXx for saying they wanted to get more involved in the Squad... and then actually doing it. Thad One for displaying such enthusiasm for the Warlords way. That is to say, even when things are good you seem to be looking for ways to make them better. As I joke with Ninjas, you guys earn some brownie points. This Squad is a reflection of the quality of it's RCTs/PVTs/CPLs/SGTs. As WARS says, you put in what you get out, and I for one and very pleased with the results.

Finally, WARS. I know how busy you've been recently and yet you still make time to make sure things hum along. Impressive man, really appreciated.

Haha thanks Ninjas, I actually got it to work. Restarted my Xbox and... magic. Anyways, tomorrow let's try and start getting an idea of who is interested in the TDF Squad and go from there. We can take 8 players, two "teams" essentially, or 6 starters and 2 alternates for non-official KSI matches.

I talked with the GEN of Elite RP and he's interested in getting a game going between the two Squads. We first suggested tonight @ 9, but I was thinking tomorrow might work better because we would have an easier time rounding up 6 guys. Skillz wants this kind of friendly competition between Squads so it's really important we keep this friendly and that means trash talking will absolutely not be tolerated.

Finally. we do need to up the RCTing. But we can't let our standards drop either. However, there is no pressure for a Squad split coming from the top, but I'd like to get us up to 60 in the next couple of weeks. Again though, it's equally important that we keep the RCTs we get so from time to time SGTs and Officers check the Squad Tag to see if there are new members on you don't have on your friends list and invite them to play.

Either way, you guys are doing a great job. We took a huge hit losing our other 3 CPTs but we've got so many good SGTs we were able to hang on without a hiccup. Proof of this is how well you newly promoted SSGs and LTs are doing.

Keep up the great work, and remember tomorrow please start letting Ninjas or myself know if you are interested in the TDF Squad so we can draw up and a list and start organizing tryouts!
