He decided that choices made by certain former Warlord's Senior Officers was a legitimate reason to quit Warlords (even though those particular ex-KSI members were in a completely different Squad/DIV. Quitting is fine. We want members who want to be a part of this Division and this Squad Unfortunately, rather than leaving like a man, he decided to insult my father, who as many of you know is very ill. He then proceeded to cuss out our CoFo and Founder. Please remove him from your friends list and block communications. If you want to quit, please be mature about it. A simple "I'm done" will do. The least you can do is be mature about it. Please don't feel as though you need to talk trash to him for what he said about my family or our squad. Let him go. Warlords continues to impress, SGTs: Keep on top of making sure the new recruits get invited into your parties and games and I expect to see more of you on the forums and being more active in recruiting. If you feel like you need help please let myself or MIX3R or either of your LTs know, and we will get you situated. Once you do it a couple of times it gets much easier. LTs: Please check both the Squad Tag and the Recruit Tag daily and make sure that anyone who has spent the mandatory 48 hours on the RCT tag gets trained. Training is one of your main responsibilities. Remember, training other Squad's RCTs counts too so if you see a non-Warlords RCT who is eligible for training go ahead and take charge, get him trained, and add it to your bio. Also remember to announce all trains of RCTs in the proper Squad chat. There is a topic created by iBOMBz that explains RP's training standards, and that is now S.O.P. for RP. I consider being a part of running and shaping Warlords to be a privilege, and a lot of that feeling is down to the dedication to the Squad you guys demonstrate, Keep it up. Take pride in what you are a part of because frankly I wouldn't trade my place in THIS Squad for anything (maybe a really nice car, but I don't see that happening). You guys are influential! It seems THIS squad will be the anchor of the division. A true pillar in what will hopefully reach Armada status in the months to come. Just as Demise was the first created in DL and was the forerunner for all of the division, you guys may have a similar status as your prestige continues to grow. Keep up the great work fellas. I'm very proud of you all. It's great to see how well you all work with each other. That's hard to come by these days. And if we don't get it, then we'll just work harder. Actually if we don't get it EVERY month realize it's because that's bad for morale and you guys are doing a fantastic job, Yeah, unfortunately forum activity is really something we can't assist them with.
