Thanks to this country's complete lack of fiber optic infrastructure, they upgraded the lines around my house and as a result... only Windows 7, MAC OSX and Android 4.0 products allow me to adjust the settings to keep using my current modem. They friggen wanted to charge $50 for a new upgraded modem... when I pointed out my service didn't technically work w/out this new modem and that it sounded an awful like a scam they agreed to get me one by Thursday. Jesus. Worst customer service ever. Incredible connection but my god. As of my now my tablet and my laptop work. BLAH.
