Florence 33 Posted August 6, 2012 Report Share Posted August 6, 2012 Skillz & BOMBz: We have decided to hold two Squad meetings one on Sunday @ 9PM EST and the other Monday at 9PM EST because we have a lot of members who happen to work Sunday nights. We will be posting compiled notes sometime tomorrow. The meetings are both based off notes I took during the GENs meeting on Thursday so the topics will be the same but this way we hope to increase active Squad participation. Whoever holds the Sunday meeting and the whoever holds the Monday meeting will exchange attendance on Tuesday and include any promotions that happened, otherwise the same information will be provided. Also we need then to go through the chain of command before they bring a simple problem directly to a 7. - also us as officers need to get more active with are members and set a mindset that we are here for are members and that we will do whatever to make them succeed and have a great time in the squad. - also we need to continue doing game night type activities not only on certain dates but at random times and send members who u don't often play with a request so that they get the sense that you do care about them. - also we need to make sure the SGTs know how to recruit and set up recruiting seminars for them and make sure their doing their jobs correctly. -officers need to lead by example because if we dont set the example what makes you think are members will do anything. - Watch out for ex-KSI members who are poaching. - HH match this Friday against KSI Squeek's squad in DL. Instead of asking for a promotion just ask how to get promoted by the general. Set a new goal to at least get 5 recruits a week only for SGT and up. Officers should be training at least 5 recruits a week. Make sure privacy settings should be set right and if you dont know how to do it just ask someone for help. Remember the chain of command if there is ever a problem or you have any questions at all. If anyone would like to host a gamenight just message me and we will get you fixed up. When you are recruiting make sure their privacy settings are correct before you send them to the squad tag. Everyone is welcome to come out for every game night we are having every week. Keep in mind for a SSGT you have to have 5 recruits and for a LT you have to have 10 recruits and still be doing your job reguardless. Going over the rank structure refreshing everyone on the ranks. The same goes with training for officers if you need help ask also if you want more training message a officer you can sit in and listen. KSI does not require you to change your name but if your anting to rank up the first step would be to change your name to a KSI gamertag. For all members to invite privates to games and parties everyone should feel more welcome reguardless of their rank. Gamenights are twice a week so feel free to come out and play everyone is more than welcome to come join in the fun at anytime.
