»KSI Mr N@TIV3« 5 Posted October 13, 2012 Report Share Posted October 13, 2012 KSI Imperial RP Sergeants Meeting Day held 10/11/12 Attendance: 8 What the Sergeants Meeting Consisted of: We completely retaught all sergeants on how to recruit as well as how train and the rank structure.All sergeants were brought one on one with a trainer to correctly train them.I also required all sergeants to get three recruits by the end of the week.Our squad process is coming along greatly now. If anyone is interested in learning how to recruit or train i will be more than happy to train you myself just message the squad tag. We have three gamenights a week so far so if anyone wants to host one get with me and we will go over the details together. I told them to try and prepare for what's gonna happen and that some of them will be put into the new squad. Also that I had no idea or control over how the split is. I told them the officers will be split in half. They were told the new squad name which is going to be Regal. On the other hand, I asked for questions. Let them know we were doiing a good job keeping the squad together. Recruiting and training Changing gamertags I told them if enough people showed interest in changing there gamertag I'd go buy some 800 pt cards and host a gamenight for them to win them.
